Если хотите вкусно и хорошо поесть, надеяться на ужин в отеле не стоит. 40 минут мы ждали меню. Еще 40 в нем разбирались. Выбора блюд мало, порции мизерные. Вкусно не было. Хотя высокая кухня. 180 евро на двоих

Definitively a must to stay the night in the Chateau d'Artigny. Ambience and gourmet food is worth the money spend for an experience not to be missed. The surrounding park and nature are sublime and makes a scroll around a memory to last.

The reception staff are efficient, however some times a bit noisy. Maybe the large hall build of stone is partly to be blamed.

It is a "ok" place to stay, we would not go back. It is runned down place. Needs an urgent upgrade. Although the workrs there take pride and care, it needs to be restored!

Very nice hotel, very elegant restaurant with great dinner and excellent breakfasts. We had the best dinner ever! Great and helpfull staff. Nice interiors.

Hotel should invest in new bed blankets and covers as they looked quite old and used. Breakfast is a little bit too expensive but very good. Size of SPA would describe as very small. Hammam was working only one day during our stay so all the guests were squizing in sauna, size of SPA is a little to small for 5 star hotel.

The grounds were beautiful.

Website advised there was wifi in the entire hotel and air conditioning. We had a small table fan and wifi was only available in the lobby of the hotel where a wedding reception was being held. The room was in the outbuilding of the chateaux and was equivalent to a one star low budget motel. No lighting in the stairwells and hallways. The room was tired looking and had an unpleasant stench. We would have left but we checked in late and there was no other options within the vicinity. Was completely mislead by the description and photos of the hotel. When I addressed my concerns with the manager, I was met with a smug smile, shrug of the shoulders and strong words. What a disgrace and waste of my vacation time and money.

The place is wonderful, rooms are luxury and dinner was exquisite.

The spa is not as grand as one can expect in such a place, no window at all and no swimming pool.

I chose this special location as a surprise for my wife's birthday. Her reaction was one of utter delight, and there is no doubt that the Chateau d'Artigny is indeed a Belle Epoque dream. All the information in the booking . com site was accurate, in my view, slightly understated. We had a wonderful three days. The staff were polite, welcoming and very friendly. The birthday cake presented at our final dinner was a wonderful surprise, also, the cocktail which Walter, the young Portuguese barman created for my wife was a nice, friendly gesture. We would certainly love to stay there again.

The location, the cousine, the park, open-air sport facilities.

I think it's in need of a bit of restoration.

The setting and Chateau were fantastic!. Did not eat in the restaurants as felt that they were too pretentious and pricey. The grounds were delightful, and the staff helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here for the experience of living the grand life.

No safes in the room...discussed this with manager who said that they would be installing them in a year or two. Shame, shame, should be installed in a month or two, especially for this caliber of establishment.. Not acceptable to have to give your valueables and cash to be put in the manager's safe.

Absolutely gorgeous place, lovely food and friendly staff. All was perfect.

Breakfast a little steep at E23 per person, twice the price of a 3 course excellent lunch down the road. but really, nothing to complain about.

自転車が無料で貸してもらえ、近くをサイクリング、良かったです。お城裏手からの景色は最高で近くのお城も- 見れます。隣の森は大木があり、妖精が住んでいそうな感じで素晴らしいです。また、ディナー付の宿泊でした- が、想像以上に美味しく頂きました。お勧めです^^

Poco personal,si necesita a algo tenía que bajar a pedirlo.El restaurant muy elegante pero menú restringido.muy caro lo mismo que el desayuno,muy caro y pobre,sin personal que atienda. Hace falta música en el bar.

Binanın kendisi, bahçeleri, çevresindeki orman ve çalışanların sunduğu hizmet mükemmel.

Muhteşem bir saray yavrusu binada yer alan otelin halıları, mobilyaları, duvar ve pencere boyaları zaman içinde yıpranmış, eskimiş. Bu şekilde bırakılmayı haketmeyen bir bina.

Le cadre est magnifique et reppsant

La posizione e il contesto sono splendidi. Le sale, le camere (quelle nel castello) ti fanno vivere in una dimensione diversa. Cucina raffinata ma non stucchevole, quantità adeguate e buona scelta.

Menù ripetitivo: per 3 sere consecutive stessa scelta. Servizio a tavola un po' lento: soprattutto al Sabato sera con sala piena
