We had a nice stay as the only guests for the night. We got an interesting tour of the castle with some history lessons from the Baron himself. A pleasant stay in an interesting area. We found Alsace very nice with all the wine and small old villages. Maybe the breakfast could have been a bit grander but everything was there and was fresh.

Charming location, very nice rooms, very quiet and relaxing environment. Owner operated, extremely friendly and welcoming. A great experience.

Che vivi realmente in un castello, dove I comfort, non esiste come un albergo. Il bello è prorpio quello, che si vive un'atmosfera bellissima.

Wir waren begeistert von der Ausstattung des Chateau und insbesondere unseres Zimmers (Francois Grouvel). Das Schloss ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Der Empfang durch das Ehepaar Grouvel war sehr herzlich.

Viel Romantikflair - trotzdem ein modern eingerichtetes Bad und auch ein kleiner Fernseher vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin, Baronesse Grouvel, war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch völlig in Ordnung.

Nous avons apprécié l'originalité du lieu, la décoration typique (tableaux, meubles, tapis), l'accueil des châtelains (souriants et avides de bons conseils sur les lieux à découvrir à proximité) ainsi que la localisation près de Strasbourg. Nous avons été déçus par la literie (petit lit pour 2 personnes et matelas "qui a vécu" alors que nous avions réservé la plus grande chambre), l'agencement de la salle de bains (intégralement sous les combles, d'où difficulté d'accès) et surtout le petit-déjeuner (yaourts et charcuteries laissés à température ambiante, beurre périmé depuis plus d'1 mois...). Il est également un peu dommage qu'une visite du château ne nous ait pas été proposée, bien que nous soyons restés 2 nuits.

L'acceuil des propriétaires est empreint de gentillesse, de disponibilité. L'endroit a quelque chose de magique, un peu hors du temps. Pour apprécier le calme et la campagne tout en étant aux portes de Strasbourg.

Les propriétaires sont charmants et vous accueillent comme si vous étiez leurs amis. La décoration des chambres est soignée même si le lit est un peu juste pour deux. Le petit déjeuner est parfait mais mériterait un meilleur café. C'est un séjour idéal pour des amoureux.

Zeer vriendelijke uitbaters. Men spreekt ook Engels (wat ik Frankrijk niet altijd vanzelfsprekend is). Rustige ligging, ruime parking. Keuze tijdens het ontbijt is beperkt. Geen minibar - geen bar in het hotel.

Man wohnt im malerischen kleinen Schloß inmitten von dero Herrschaften. Die Besitzer waren anfangs (siehe aber unten) freundlich und bieten ständig ihre Hilfe an. Unser Zimmer (Francois Grouvel) ist ca. 50 qm groß! Für 180 Euro pro Nacht wird hier das Schloß-Ambiente samt dürftigem, unpraktischem alten Mobiliar verkauft und am Rest ärgerlich gespart: Kein Kleiderschrank (nur 3 Haken an der Wand); nur harte, unbequeme Stühle; nur ein winziges Tischlein; kein Kühlschrank. Im Bad weder Fön, Kleenex, Toilettenpapierhalter (die Rolle liegt auf dem Fußboden!). Das Frühstück auf wackligen Billigmöbeln ist auf den ersten Blick ausreichend, aber lieblos mit billigsten Zutaten, aufgebackenem Baguette und uralten Croissants. Als wir einmal 10 Minuten zu früh zum Frühstück um 9.00 Uhr kamen, rastete Mme la Baronesse sehr unfein aus. Fazit: Herrliches äußeres Ambiente, äußerst unprofessionelle Führung, sehr schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die 4 Sterne des Hotels sind ein schlechter Witz.

Gostei muito do atendimento dos proprietarios e do ambiente familiar e aconchegante. Discordo da classificação em 4 estrelas. Acho que seria no maximo 3 estrelas, mas foi uma experiencia agradavel. Não apreciei a falta de ar condicionado e o tamanho do quarto de casal, além da falta de armarios adequados e alguns equipamentos de banheiro como porta papel e espelho de tamanho maior. Não gostei da cama de casal que é muito pequena, porém, se fosse maior não caberia no quarto.

Echtes Schloss. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Wir erwarteten ein richtiges Hotel mit Reception usw. Ist aber eigentlich eher ein Chambre D'Hotes als ein Hotel.

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst, Kamers mooi en zeer goed onderhouden.Bedden mochten vernieuwd worden. Ontbijt perfect in orde.
