The attention to detail in the Chateau is fantastic, and the food is wonderful with a varied choice of menu delightfully served by friendly staff who explain all the courses. This is our third visit and not our last.

Tout, sauf la piscine trop fraîche ainsi que le prix et certains défauts de la cuisine. Le prix des menus correspond largement à ceux d'un restaurant 1 étoile, or ce n'est pas (encore) le cas. De plus la cuisine est perfectible. Exemples: les saint-Jacques étaient parfaites, alors que le feuilleté fois gras et pied de cochon n'était pas assez cuit. De même, les desserts sont d'un niveau moyen et en nombre insuffisant. Certains plats sont volontairement et inutilement trop complexes (langoustine + saucisse), sans doute parce que c'est tendance, mais surprendre n'est pas dérouter et on n'est pas dans un resto branché style "version originale" à Reims, où les clients viennent en connaissance de cause et ou les tarifs sont 2 ou 3 fois moindres. Bref, à mon avis, assortir la cuisine au cadre avec des bons produits mis en valeur dans une cuisine raffinée mais pas alambiquée.

Es un hotel extraordinario atendido por personas que conocen como hacer sentir al cliente importante. Su cocina es de alto nivel y el servicio del comedor es impecable. El wifi es gratuito en las areas comunes pero se debe pagar para utilizarlo en la habitacion.

uitstekende locatie. Lekker eten ( wel zeer prijzig) personeel van de spa-faciliteiten was onvriendelijk. sauna is in principe textiel-vrij, wat men hier wat vreemd vond. duidelijk minpunt

We highly appreciate the attitude of the management of this hotel and the efforts of the staff to create romantic and hospital atmosphe. The proposed possibility to visit the SPA center for relax after long journey was exactly what we were dreaming about and received. As far as we visited this place in connection with our family jubileum we prebooked the table for us at the hotel restaurant and it was exellent choice indeed!We enjoyed fantastic meal and wine cart of this gourmet restaurant. Without any doubts we will advice this place to those who find peace, comfort, luxury, pleasure for reasonable price.
