Staff very accommodating and professional. Dining room elegant and petit dejeuner exceptional. Grounds well-manicured and waterways very relaxing and charming with swans and other birds. Far enough away from busy streets to be very quiet. |

Position to beaches and american soliders burial grounds On arrival the studio was cold. There was no an appropriate living area to cater for 5 people. No provision of kettle, cups. Information pertaining to layout stated bathroom upstairs my understanding was this included a toliet but their was only 1 downstairs therefore cuople staying upstairs had to pass through our sleeping area to use the toilet |

The location is attractive; we enjoyed the pond and the trees, and the main building is beautiful. Staff was polite and helpful. Our room in the converted granary was decorated in an attractive modern style, but was a bit tired and worn. Obvious mould growth in the shower. Disappointed that tea/coffee-making facilities absent from room. |

It was quiet with vert scenic grounds. The water and swqns were also a nice touch I wish it had a better breakfast, especially for the cost. How about bacon, eggs, waffles, breakfast crepes and a little wider choice of crereals thab just cornflakes |

The welcome, warm hospitalty and the general ambience .Care of guests was obviously paramount. We were sorry that there is no restaurant for dinner in the evening which necessitated us going into Bayeux although good restaurants were recommended by the staff. |

Located on the fringe of Bayeux on a lovely piece of well maintained property. The split level rooms are a bit oddly designed, but I suspect that had more to do with utilizing space in an older existing building. Despite the odd design, it was comfortable and is well maintained. If you don't handle stairs well, the rooms in the separate building should be avoided. We did not see the layout of rooms in the main building. Again, the room design, the toilet is on the lower level with only cold water to wash your hands, middle level with sinks and nice shower, upper level with the main sleeping area. Despite that, we would stay here again. The breakfast is good, good coffee, but a bit overpriced. Felt like we were paying more for the convenience than actual breakfast. |

The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfasts and the wonderful community garden across the road. The atmospherewas extremely quiet and relaxed, We stayed in four (4) facilities during an extended stay in France and Belgium and found the reception desk to be the least welcoming. Not unwelcoming, but lacking the spirit of hospitality which seemed so natural in the other facilities. |

The landscape and pond with ducks and swans, around the Chateau was a welcome change to the usual hotel stay. We stay at the adjacent building next to the main building, and the interior was pleasantly modern, new and clean. The apartment bathrooms were more design than functional. The sink drainage need to be fixed. Glass doors to the bathroom limits privacy. The glass doors and panels should be frosted. Note: I booked 2 nights through booking.com (shown as available). The Chateau wrote back to inform that they had the 2nd night booked out and offered to arrange alternative booking elsewhere; which was inconvenient. The room availability via booking.com should be updated, to avoid this risk of mis-represented availability. Consequently, we stayed only 1 night in this Chateau and had to move to another hotel in Bayeux the next day. |
