Trevligt hotell med fräscha och stora rum. Välfungerande Wifi på rummet. Helt okej frukost. Kommer boka in mig igen framöver.

Miljön i trädgården och i stora huset är vacker o rofylld. I det ena rummet var sängarna mycket sköna. Bra standard på badrummen

Rummen var något opraktiska då de låg i 2½ plan. Bemötandet när vi checkade in var inte välkomnande. All annan personal var neutralt trevliga.

Delighted with our accommodation. The grounds were stunning, green and lush. We loved the lake and the wildlife especially the swans! Rooms were very comfortable and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent served in a lovely solarium. And dinner was superb. Very happy with the location, only an easy stroll into town so close enough to be involved but far enough away to feel we were out in the country. Fabulous

dinner order muddled although food very good, one main course was off menu and not told till other 3 members of party had their dishes. !! did not spoil our visit, everything else very good.

Did not like the high sides of the bath tub, was dangerous and slippery without GRAB bars. A shower curtain of glass or fabric would be smart.

Beautiful room. Well appointed. Courteous and helpful staff. Carts and elevator to move large luggage easily. Convenient and free parking. A good English breakfast. Beautiful setting. Convent to local historic attractions. Good-excellent local restaurants.

Easy walk to town but away from it all. Lovely bucolic setting, chateau atmosphere and attentive, genteel service.

Wonderful location, wonderful staff, great dinner. Bayeux was very nice, taxis were always on time, overall, very good time value, and experience.

The breakfast for 14 euros was not adequate. The only thing to criticize.

The location is very good for touring the Normandie sites. Being very close to Bayeaux made alternate dinner plans easily accessible. The front desk also suggested various laundry facilities in town so we didn't necessarily have to use the hotel cleaning service.

The WiFi check in process was a bit cumbersome, but having it available was a plus.

The Chateau was amazing!!!! Absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was a bit rude and they didn't really know English. On one of the mornings my husband and I decided to have breakfast at 7:30am (we were told breakfast began at 7:30am) because we had to meet our tour at 8:20am. Unfortunately, breakfast was not nearly close to being ready. The hot food was still cooking and the buffet was still being set-up. Sad to say we didn't enjoy breakfast and still had to pay 14 euro per person.

Distance from town, best to have a car. Currently undergoing renovations at reception and therefore not very appealing upon entering. Only a bath, no shower head.

Very pleasant location, good sized bedroom with ample room and good sized bathroom. Comfortable and clean. Pleasant lake with ducks and swans.Easy parking in the grounds.

The food at dinner was very poor and expensive. This meant that the location out of town, which should have been ideal, was not as you have to drive into town or get a taxi to go to eat. No kettle/hot drinks in room

Beautiful bedroom, tastefully decorated. Enjoyed evening meal there which was of a very high standard. Very reasonably priced.

Great location to walk into Bayeux and drive to all historic sites. Friendly personnel and nice hotel, also very kind to our dog.

Great breakfast buffet but the second morning they ran out of some ingredients and people coming to breakfast late had little to choose from.

Booked this for an overnight stay en-route to St Malo. Lovely Hotel chateau, beautiful grounds and really fabulous room (Room 1). Ten minutes walk to Bayeux Tapestry and Cathedral (I have seen other reviews where people have said it is a little far from town but this is not so unless 10 minutes walk is too far!) We ate at the restaurant and found a fairly limited menu but to suit all price ranges and tastes - from Chicken and chips/ burger at Euro 12 to Fillet of Beef at Euro 27. a lovely moat with swans and ducks outside and sun-loungers (sadly we did not have the weather for this) free tennis and table tennis and well equipped room. This is a real find. We will stay again.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous with the pond, the swans, a beautiful chateau, wonderful interior decoration. We also enjoyed a very good dinner and breakfast during our stay. Easy access to the city by walking a few minutes or taking the car.

Not all of the staff spoke English very well, so was somewhat tricky. We stayed in the duplex suites and I was disappointed with some of the details in the suite. For instance, the shower was big (good!) but the shower head was terrible and there was barely enough water pressure to shower!! Also, we could not get any wireless internet access in the suite. Maybe that's a good thing because who wants to spend all of the time on the internet in France, but it is necessary for planning trips, etc.

Excellent approach, swans and ducks on the lake as you drive up, the buildings well cared for, and the staff friendly and attentive. A minor problem was very quickly dealt with, the breakfast was excellent and the price was very, very good for the quality of the hotel

Only slight drawback was that you would need to drive or hire a taxi into Bayeux especially in a very cold April.

The chateau was very pretty and the grounds were amazingly beautiful. My kids loved the swans and ducks. The rooms were nice. Proximity to Bayeux was good.

The large bed in the family room was SO uncomfortable! Hard and lumpy. Overpriced in my opinion. When I pay that much I want a comfortable bed. Breakfast was small and pricey - not a good deal.
