The location and the surroundings are beautiful and the hotel is looking fantastic with nice rooms view over the lake. very quiet and calm. They need to include breakfast and wireless internet access in their room price. Paying +200 euros per night and adding 25 euros on top of it for a very slim quality breakfast is not looking good on them. The restaurant did not stand up to the expectations - the food was simply not good, cold plates etc. - they want to make it look as a gourmet restaurant but it is not one by far. |

An oasis of calm near to the airport. Romantic setting. Spacious luxurious rooms. The air conditioning wasn't working when we were there, staff promised that the technician would put it on. They advertised an airport shuttle bus, they no longer have one. |

Après un long voyage un havre de paix, diner au bord du lac donne une impression de paix et de calme avec le plaisir du coucher non seulement des oiseaux mais du soleil. Seulement les environs proches sont industriels, le tour du lac mal entretenu mais on oublie vite quand on est installé sur la terrasse. |

personnel accueillant et serviable, très jolie piscine, chambre très sympa, petites attentions agréables (bouteille de crémant, chocolats,...), le cadre est magnifique l'hôtel est situé à proximité immédiate de l'aéroport de Biarritz donc un peu bruyant au moment des décollages et atterissages. le restaurant de l'hôtel n'est vraiment pas terrible. |

la cortesia e la professionalità degli operatori sempre presenti, ma non invadenti sulla libertà degli ospiti di organizzare autonomamente il propri tempo. Mi sono piaciuti molto sia la sauna che il bagno turco disponibili liberamente per gli ospiti. ll ristorante è ottimo. darei più un consiglio: vista la distanza dell'hotel dal centro città, se uno rimane la sera in hotel non ha nessun intrattenimento. Pur nel rispetto delle caratteristiche di silenzio e discrezione dell'hotel, magari nella zona piscina un po' di musica (discreta) e un bar attivo in loco, non solo su chiamata. |

Dit is zonder meer een top hotel op een top locatie. UItmuntende keuken, prachtige, ruime (luxe) kamer, mooie badkamer, wel erg klein balkonnetje, maar alla. Mooi uitzicht. Gelegen aan een meer. Rustig. Mooie Hamman en Sauna en groot zwembad, met goede faciliteiten. Personeel is zeer voorkomen. |
