The service was excellent - we were upgraded to a priviledge room and were even offered a better room the second night because we did not have wifi connection in the first. They also offered us to have breakfast later than the usual times, and made reservations for the restaurant. |

the restaurant was good but very expensive Everything appart for the food. The room was old and filthy, hot water dribbling from the tap, insects and mosquitos attacking me all night. They didn't have Air conditioning or mosquito nets, so you couldn't open the window. Just dreadful, I sincerly don't recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Le camere sono molto belle e spaziose. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo in Novembre, un pò caro in alta stagione. Il personale della reception non è cortese ne sorridente. Peccato l'Hotel perde molto del suo fascino al primo contatto!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein Prestigezimmer bekommen, obwohl nur Standard gebucht war. Hervorragende Küche und toller Service. Sehr schöne Zimmer, alle unterschiedlich gestaltet. |

Perfektní pokoje, místo i poloha kousek od Ženevy.Krásný zámecký hotel s venkovním bazénem. Pokoj byl velký, koupelnä luxudní a čistá. Nelíbilo se mi, že personál chtěl zaplatit jinou cenu než jsme měli zarazervovanou. Musela jsem vytisknout rezervaci a dokazovat, že naše cena za kterou jsme pokoj rezervovali je jiná než cena pultová. Vše ale dobře dopadlo. Dále mi bylo líto, že nebyla v provozu večer hotelová restaurace a zůstali jsme tak trochu odříznutí o hladu :)) |

L'accueil à l'hôtel et au restaurant est très sympa, le personnel est agréable et prévenant sans tombé dans l'excès, très appréciable. La chambre est magnifique, spacieuse et silencieuse. Sympa ! |

Edificio de elegante planta en un entorno boscoso muy atractivo. Coincidimos con una convención, por lo que el personal nos tuvo bastante abandonados. No pudimos cenar en el chateau, que es uno de sus principales atractivos, debido a esta convención. El desayuno era muy pobre considerando los 20 EUR/pers que cuesta. El trato del personal nos hizo algo incómoda nuestra estancia. |

Die Atmosphäre des Schlosses mit Park, der freundliche Empfang und die Hilfe des Concierge. Das Zimmer im Nebenhaus war klein, dunkel, lieblos eingerichtet und abgewohnt, außerdem voller Spinnweben. Wichtige Dinge fehlten (Duschvorhang, Zimmertresor, sehr kleines TV). |
