They don't know what they are. Are they a camber d'hotel or a conference centre? The room was clean. We hated the experience Over priced by a huge multiple. Didn't live up to expectations. The place was closed when we arrived, and had to make an overseas call to get someone to open the hotel for us. The person was rude. I booked this as my wife had a radio interview booked for 1am that morning, and need wifi access. It is advertised as having wifi. The wing where we were put had v v v bad wifi that managed to drop out. The "common areas" that had wifi were closed, so we had no access! This is after we had told the lady on duty we needed access! How can we complain when no one is around? How can you say that breakfast for e14 is a rip for filter coffee, and bread if no one is there?
