The age and history of the chateau was fabulous along with the lake location. Too bad no elevator, but we realize it was 1500 years ago that it was built. no elevator. |

Beautiful grounds and access to the lake including a pier. Fantastic old castle. Dinner here is very expensive. For some people, the seven flights of stairs (some up, some down) to access our room might be undoable even with a porter to carry the baggage. We did not really have a problem with this because an elevator can't always be avail in such a building. |

Very few hotels are actually on Lake Geneva either on the Swiss or Fremch sides of the lake, Chateau De Coudree is, you are only a few steps away from the lakes edge to take a drink and admire the view or swim in the lake.The restaurant food is very good if a little on the expensive side, however the chairs are not very comfortable particulary if you lean back. |

Beautiful setting right on the lake, great food inc. breakfast outdoors by the lake! The Chateau is new to Booking.com & we reserved a "standard" room because the rate was so good-we found ourselves in a "chalet," not in the castle. Our first reaction was-is this a joke! The "chalet" was a rundown wooden structure away from the hotel & the lake w/shabby carpeting & lampshades that were wobbly or ripped! What made us think the hotel took this seriously was the beautifully appointed bathroom & WC room. They should definately make future patrons aware of what they're getting for the money-others may not be amused! We chose to make the best of it as the castle rooms all started at 258 Euros/night and we loved being on the lake. |

Beauté du site. Bon accueil. Belles chambres Petit déjeuner tout juste digne d'un **. Microscopique lucarne sans vue au même tarif que les chambres avec vue et fenêtre. |

Prachtige kasteeltuin met een grandioos uitzicht op het Lac Leman. Mooie uitvalsbasis om het Meer te ronden met de boot. Goede sommelier met goede adviezen en mooie wijnkaart. Accuratesse van het personeel, voor een hotel van deze klasse moet het beter. Bestellingen (eten/drank) mogen eenvoudig niet vergeten worden. Eten niet van hetzelfde niveau als de wijn. Toetje daarentegen perfect! Kamer: oud en voorzieningen niet meer van deze tijd. Airco ontbreekt |

Aardige omgeving aan meer van geneve. Met mooi weer leuk om buiten te ontbijten. Kasteel heeft een speciale uitstraling t.o.v. standaard hotels Meer moeizaam toegankelijk voor zwemmen ivm kiezel stranden. Géén lounge om je terug te trekken tijdens mindere weersomstandigheden. Buiten service voor koffie/thee en/of drankjes niet aanwezig. |

tres bel emplacement au bord du lac pour le petit dejeuner (s'il fait beau)et il faisait beau!! . bonne table. beaux extérieurs (parc et jardins) les chambres n'ont pas vue sur lac, les équipements sont vétustes et certains ne fonctionnent pas(seche cheveux); la deco est vieillotte.il fait tres chaud sur les mezzanines; moins beau dedans qu'à l'extérieur. |

De ligging aan het meer van Geneve. Slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het hotel verkeert in verouderde staat en de kamer was ver beneden het peil wat je verwacht op basis van het tarief en de website. Vergane glorie. Zwembad niet verwarmd. Te kleine bedden. Plafondhoogte gedeeltelijk niet op sta-hoogte. Omgeving ook teleurstellend. Wij zijn eerder weggegaan. |

La batisse, le cadre, le calme, la grande terrasse extérieure, le repas, la proximité du lac, la verdure, être loin de tout. La gentilesse du personnel. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre ; peut-être un manque de personnel au niveau de l'accueil et du service bar ou une mauvaise organisation. |
