Stunning views from our balcony that allowed us to enjoy a breakfast in the sun or smoke and relax. Excellent meal in the evening. Ideal for a romantic rendezvous.
Our room was very comfortable, a bit bigger than usual for Europe and had a nice view. Although the chateau has a somewhat faded elegance, our room was very modern. We had an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant.
Quiet elegance and fine dining
The grounds and facilities are amazing. The staff make you feel extremely welcome. Would definitely go again.
My bedroom had a bath and I prefer showers.
Very quaint, comfortable, clean, accommodating, such history… Beautiful place. My very favorite place we stayed!
That we only stayed here one night…
The Chateau has gorgeous gardens and buckets of charm, rooms in the chateau proper are especially atmospheric. Friendly staff and views of the Viaduc de Millau make this a mecca for engineers and other enthusiasts from around the world!
There are few decent local meal options apart from the Chateau's own very good but expensive restaurant - getting fed is particularly tricky on Sunday nights when the restaurant is closed.
It was all absolutely super. The genuine ambience, the clean comfortable room and pleasant customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. The best hotel I have stayed in, in France, and not the most expensive either!
Ambiance, decor, courteous staff, good food and altogether very pleasant environment.
Very good location; Roomy bedroom Very clean Very good restaurant Good breakfast
Vehicle access is a bit difficult - should widen the gate
Beautiful garden, good shower, clean, room is dark when windows are closed.
Room is a but small.
Very slow filling bath
Wonderful position, quiet and friendly hotel. You can get great sunset pictures of the Millau Viaduct
We loved having dinner on the terrace under the stone arches, and the food was lovely.
Perhaps reception staff could have been a little more enthusiastic.
Lovely position with a view of the viaduc de Millau and easy drive to Roquefort. Beautiful old building although we had a room in the new section. Our window opened high above the town which was very pleasant. No problem to have a tray of tea brought to our room, and dinner in the restaurant was very nice. Plenty of parking. Would certainly recommend.
This hotel had it all.The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The views from the hotel were excellent and the parking was easy. The rooms were excellent and the hotel was full of character. The restaurant and food was of a very high standard.
There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel.Great care was taken to ensure the guests were made welcome and that they would have an enjoyable stay.
We stayed just one night on way from Dordogne to Provence, wish we could have stayed longer. beautiful converted chateu and grounds. great service and restaurant.
Could be to quiet for some, it's away from city center and activities.
The restaurant was excellent, staff too
Staff very friendly, good choices at breakfast nice clean rooms.
Pillows were uncomfortable
Superb location. Comfort and character- a real experience. Great food and excellent service. Spacious and well appointed- great shower! Enjoyed the pool and the views. Will come again.
Location very convenient for viaduct and main auto routes. Lovely property and gardens. Excellent restaurant.
Nothing worth a mention
Warm reception and great room with modern facilities. We made the trip specifically to see the Bridge but were very impressed with the hotel too. Excellent dinner at a reasonable price - a great place for either a stop-over or a longer stay.
Perhaps satellite TV would have given us the news from the UK which would have been welcome.
Location Restaurant Breakfast Friendly and helpful staff
Staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome. The restaurant was superb and excellent value for money. Lovely view of the Millau bridge.
the older part of the chateau was excellent, rooms more comfortable and quiet.
new contemporary rooms` flooring which generated a lot of noise from adjacent rooms, hence lack of sleep.
Where do I start, the staff, the food, the scenery, the location the old town surrounding the chateau, the river, the views of the bridge, All wonderful. If this place was in Australia I would be there once a month, PERFECT
I was not able to stay longer
