Nicely priced but not really a hotel. Some extra rooms at a chateau that is also golfclub.
Very moody breakfast lady. No service after 18:00. Owner leaves without leaving a telephone number. For the price its all fine but its not really a hotel
Peace & quiet picturesque settings parking was safe will definetely come back
breakfast was poor no english channels on tv need better guidance for reataurants ; the one recommended was not suitable
The hotel and its facilities were perfectly decent, clean and fairly comfortable.
It was all utterly impersonal. There was no-one at reception (7.30 pm!), the key was on the desk top in a named envelope, and when someone finally appeared the next morning, they seemed surly and unprofessional. The location is poor: sandwiched between an industrial park and a golf course. It has the atmosphere of a failed project.
Great location, very friendly staff, rooms are clean, specious and nicely decorated, breakfast is simple but fresh :)
Nice small hotel.Perfect for holidays
not really convinent for business travels as no WLAN available and breakfast starts only at 8. 00 am .
My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 15 minutes past 7 PM, this was after the address of the hotel on our GPS landed us in the middle of a factory street. the place is not the easiest to find with a very small sign that is very easily missed. we finally arrived at a beautiful mansion house with a wonderful view and where very excited as we thought we had found a dream location. we caught the reception guy just as he was heading out. Note, while they do say check-in is between 4-7 PM, they don't mention the fact that there will be no one there after 7. he led us to our room on the first floor (the building has no elevator) and discovered with us that our room was not cleaned or organized for our arrival. after a few minutes, he returned with a key to another room, on the second floor (us with two huge suitcases, the hotel again, with no elevator), this one was a bizarre room, half attic with wooden beams. one of them totally blocking access to one side of the bed and the only light source in the room are the two reading lamps at the bed sides. as we stood there pretty shocked, the guy closed the door behind us and vanished for the night. when i came downstairs to look for him I was told by another gust that he is gone for the night. being stuck in the middle of nowhere with a totally unacceptable room for two people i made a choice and took a key to another unoccupied room from the reception desk. we returned our second room key after doing nothing to the room. the third room "I" chose for ourselves was okay. it was the same room but on the first floor and with proper lighting and easy bed access. and as they say in french - C'est Tout. apart from toilet paper and towels don't come expecting anything else. no toiletries what so ever in the room, no coffee maker and no cups for water, nothing. I want to stress something else - my wife and I were on our honeymoon, something I had pointed out in my reservation.
