It's location, the views were exceptional. The staff friendly and welcoming. The lack of hot refreshments. Hotel only catered for breakfast. There were no facilities in rooms, I found this unusual. We also had a problem with a large volume of flys. We were provided with an aerosol which did keep them at bay but it was off putting!! |

As old couple did not speak English at all, I could not communicate with them and then had bad experience. There was a big dog suddenly chasing me when I entered the garden. It was very scarely. |

we had to book 2 small rooms to stay in the castle with our older daughter - no suites for 3 - the building itself is nice with white marble rooms very small - and our bathroom was like a ship cabin with only shower and wood floor and it leaked down into the floor below when one took a shower - no A/C so go when it's cool. |

I loved the surroundings and the beatiful setting. Enjoyed the swimming pool too. A shame that the hotel did not have a restaurant. |

Excellent room, the children loved it, plenty of space, two lovely pools. beautiful location, fabulous breakfast Why don't they serve lunch and dinner at this beautiful place? Still that might make it more expensive if they did! |

Beautiful building and grounds with a lovely terrace where we were able to get a beverage in the afternoon, everyone was pleasant and accomidating. Breakfast was mostly breads. We booked the "bagain" room for 108 E. After seeing the beautiful building we were pretty disappointed to be led up to the highest tower room #9 (four flights of stairs) with two very small IKEA type twin beds - something like a former maid's quarters. It was hot and stuffy and terribly uncomfortable - we didn't sleep at all as our feet dangled off the end of the beds - no romance whatsoever. Opening the windows was not really possible as the wind was fearsome. I guess worst of all was the fact that there were many keys left on the board downstairs - they could have easily upgraded us and made a very happy customer. This room should have been used as the last resort - no matter what was booked. Glimpes of other rooms looked better. |

Nice room. Very good breakfast. Lovely location and views. Pleasant and cheerful staff and owner. Altogether a good experience. I thouroughly enjoyed our stay. I have no negative comments. |

Excellent location with wonderful views. Very large room, well equipped apart from the mini-bar contents. Exellent and large bathroom. Beautiful terrace on which to have a good breakfast. A shame it did not have restaurant, but only a short drive to find plenty of choice in the local town. No bar is also an omission, particulary when the mini-bar contents were very limited. With such an excellent terrace and beautiful dining room (only for breakfast) it seems a shame not to be able to enjoy them with a restaurant and bar. |

Ubicado en una zona preciosa,muy cerca de un amplio abanico de lugares distintos para poder visitar, pero muy interesantes, restaurantes de muy buena calidad y muy buena comida,ideal para conocer un poco de todo de la zona,historia,agradables paseos en barco y en coche por cualquier carretera,pueblos preciosos,castillos etc,en fin totalmente recomendable. |

La chambre était joliment décorée et très confortable ; le personnel est compétent et chaleureux. La situation géographique de l'Hôtel est très appréciable. Il est à proximité de tous les sites à visiter et permet ainsi de rayonner sans avoir trop de kilomètres à faire. |

Le parc est magnifique. Accueil agréable. petit déjeuner correct. Chambre/salle de bains et espaces communs tres propres. Les chambres auraient besoin d'être rafraichies. Insonorisation (on entend le voisin dans la salle de bains). des fenêtres plus grandes permettraient d'avoir plus de luminosité dans les chambres et de profiter de la vue sur le parc et la campagne environnante. |
