I liked the staff on reception. They were warm and helpful. There was no dinner provided I prefer to be able to walk to Amboise rather than look for parking. Perhaps a shuttle could go every hour or so in the morning. It would be worth paying a small amount. |

Very peaceful. Lovely room in the Pavilion. Glad we stayed there rather than in the main hotel, as we had our own terrace. Pressurised to eat in restaurant which was far too expensive and pretentious. We had some great meals, and much better food elsewhere, while staying in the Loire, at a lot less money. Only made the mistake of eating at the restaurant once though. There was just one unberella at the pool, which is not adequate for the amount of guests. We had a lovely time, it is beautifully presented, but it is a country house not a chateau! Expensive really for what it was. |

The setting is spectacular -- it was a (surprise) splurge for the benefit of our grandson, who was excited about visiting some chateaux of the Loire. Pricey, both for the room and for dinner. But that was not unexpected. |

They just changed owners and the staff was very uninformed and unhelpful. Our toilet ran 24/7, internet didn't work. At first I thougth it was because they gave me a defective cord but after I went downstairs to get a new one since no one came to help me it still didn't work and they still never came to help. All they said was it should work........ |

Very nice hotel with original furniture "d'epoque". Bathrooms modern and very well equipped. Very quiet. Very nice restaurant in one of the main rooms in the castle, gives a real taste of chateau life. Beautiful garden, open to guests. |

We have had a great time at this chateau, I would recommend everybody to stay a few nights at this hotel, and also to have dinner at the hotel, the food was excellent, the service was even more friendly, everything was just right. |

La baignoire à bulles est top, le restaurant gastronomique et le cadre magnifique !! Le personnel est à la hauteur de ce site à découvrir à 2 et sans compter à la dépense ! Pas de mini-bar dans les chambres... |

Calme, tranquilité beauté des lieux, J'avais réservé une chambre " douillet " à 190 euros et l'on m'a proposé une chambre standard! Vu mon désaccord , je 'ai eu une chambre " poupée " la n°3 sans baldaquin. Pas de proposition de compensation. Je suis déçu. |

понравилась сохраненная атмосфера старого замка В нашем номере практически не было места для багажа, и он портил ощущение от пребывания в замке. Очень удивил туалет- сводчатый потолок и при этом покрашенные масляной краской стены и примитивная сантехника. Декораторатам чуть-чуть не хватило фантазии и вкуса. Чудесный камин, старинная мебель, красивый вид из окна. |

Ho apprezzato in modo particolare l'accoglienza, la descrizione dei servizi offerti al momento dell'arrivo e la cucina del ristorante. Pochi canali televisivi e scarsa ricezione del segnale. Doccia e lavabo in camera con spazi molto limitati. |

すばらしいホテルでした。部屋の調度品も古めかしく、壁紙などかわいらしい部屋でした。プールの営業時間が- 短いので入れなかったのですが、のんびりされてる方を見かけました。お庭をみながらテラスで夕食をいただい- たのですが、味も見た目も最高でした。地元のワインも美味しかったです。 チェックインの時間が遅い。13時についたのですが、入れてもらえませんでした。プールの時間も午後7時ま- ででした。また、駅や城から少しあり、タクシーを使ったのですが、なんども往復して結構かかってしまいまし- た。 |

Es war angenehm, die wichtigen Dinge in deutsch erklärt zu bekommen von einer Person im Haus! Der Pkw stand auf eigenem Parkplatz. Alle Fragen und Wünsche wurden sehr aufmerksam und freundlich erledigt. Die wunderschöne Terrasse konnte nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch benutzt werden, das war schade! |

La tranquillità, diurna e notturna, data dal decentramento dal paese. La discrezione della piscina riscaldata, non visibile dalla struttura. Ottima cucina con adeguata cantina. In mancanza del frigo-bar, non confacente con l'arredamento d'epoca, dovrebbero prevedere acqua minerale con contenitore rinfrescante. Il bar e la presenza del personale, termina alle 23.
