Excellent restaurant and nice staff. Well appointed rooms. Nice public areas. Grounds are pleasant to stroll. Paying 2 Euro for parking seems a bit excessive given the room rates. It just seems penny-picking. Small rooms too!

the hotel charged us more than was quoted by you. In addition we were charged for parking but in my reservation parking was stated as free. I think in total we paid 40 euros per room more. Would not go back to this hotel.

The Chateau was beautiful and the staff were excellent. They were quick to answer our needs. Food was outstanding. Great wine list. Located close to the Normandy sites it was a perfect starting point for our sightseeing. Arranging for a tour guide was very helpful thanks to John the owner. The privacy and out of the tourist area allowed for relaxation and great hiking.

Gorgeous facility. Quiet and away from the city, yet convenient to nearby town. Staff very nice. Clean and very impressive property---almost breathtaking when you first see it upon arrival. Room very small. Had to "duck" my head at times when I walked in the room.

The chateau and grounds were wonderful. The dinner was fabulous as was the staff. The bed mattress seemed old and was not great.

Room & staff were great - food was excellent Quite expensive and, on top of that, charging 2 Euros per night to park on the grounds is an insult! Better to add it to the room rate that itemize charge. We felt that $950 for two nights and two dinners with just 2 glasses of wine was rather over the top! I'm saying I'd recommend it but only if you have deep pockets.

The spa and pool, the quality of the food and its preparation. The beauty of the chateau and the way in which it and the grounds are kept in first class condition. the lack of variety in the menus over four nights. My wife was not told on booking that our room would not be in the chateau. It should have been made clear where it would be. As it was, because of our use of the spa we were happy to be close to it and not having to walk to it when it was such cold weather.

We chose the hotel mainly because we wanted a nice place close to the historic beaches, and with an indoor pool for our young children. Only on arrival did we realise it also has a first class restaurant. Overall a bit pricy, particularly the food, but very nice if you are looking for peace, quiet and good food, A bit pricy.

Excellent hotel, beautifully kept, inside and outside. Wonderful bar, wonderful restaurant and great food, everything a delight. Of course you pay a lot for this but would certainly stay there again!

The ambience was relaxing and pleasant. The staff were friendly, welcoming, polite and tried to speak English to help out. The restaurant dinner was spectacular. make sure that you are hungry before eating there, so that you can enjoy as many courses as possible!

Staff were excellent. Furnishings and carpets getting very shabby. Stair carpet dangerous! Same menu each night therefore only used the restaurant once, went into Bayeux for the other two nights of our stay. 40 euro bottle of wine very poor......I Would rate that it could be purchased for about 3-5 euros in a store.........very overpriced wine list. The location is very noisy from the adjacent main road and the equestrian centre over the road was very noisy I find it difficult to see why this chateaux is in the 'Relais du Silence' brochure.

Location, just outside Bayeux, luxury, decent swimming pool, nice rooms, fair wifi, great beautiful grounds. Generally a fair hotel To buy a coke was €9! Way too expensive, my fiancee wanted a cup of tea and she got terrible tea @ €7! No bar after 12 midnight is also a negative and no reception after 12midnight also..

we have stayed here before many years ago. I think the room is overpriced really. No bath or tea or coffee making facilities and a small room. 18 euros for a gin and tonic seems a little excessive!The staff were excellent and the food made it a worthwhile trip-a very memorable meal.Beautiful setting and use of the pool and spa is nice.

The restaurant was amazing! We had the most incredinly deliecious diners there. Felt like royalty. If you book, you must request the main building. You will feel like royalty.

Joli petit château. Bonne situation, calme et près de la ville(3/4km). Bonne cuisine. Personnel efficace. Joli jardin/Park, chambre très agréable. À recommander ! Rien!
