Novotel Château de Versailles (凡尔赛城堡诺富特酒店)

收房客停车费，直接在预定用的信用卡上划账，在交涉后还是不改正。

服務態度非常好，非酒店的服務也很樂意幫忙，我們是自駕遊到這間酒店，在離開酒店後發覺租車的GPS沒有瑞- 士地圖，當日是星期六下午，我們去了幾間租車的分站都休息了，正在恐慌之際，想到酒店的人員服務態度非常好- ，便硬著頭皮返回酒店，請求他們代我電話詢問那個租車站仍然辦公，最後都解決了我的題，在這里非常感謝這位- 熱心的職員。

Restaurant had a very pedestrian menu - more akin to a two star hotel A four star hotel that offers coffee making facilities should put "proper" cups in the room and not paper ones

Initial Room allocated was unmade and dirty. Problem sorted quickly though and we were give a new room straight away

Breakfast was not included and there were few alternatives nearby.

The breakfeast was amazing. The hotel is located just a few walking minutes from the shops , restaurants and the Versailles Palace.

The cleanning was not so good.

Really good hotel. Big reception area, lovely bar and restaurant. Very friendly staff. Big rooms with all comforts required.

Is a 10 minute bus ride from the Palace of Versailles, and a bit of a walk into the twon centre, but not a problem, as it is a great hotel.

Has parking

Restaurant food was bad. It seems to be the food that can be cooked without a chef. We had steak and it was poor quality meat, over-cooked with a burnt taste. Bar prices seem high.

Very friendly at the reception and very sweet cleaning ladies! the weather was cold and grey but just hearing the laugh and seeing the smiles on the ladies faces made my day!!!

Its a very good hotel the food is excellent, the staff is nice and very helpfull, around 10min walking from the gare versaille rive droite, its easy to go to Paris from there.

Good location and could park car.

we got taxed on the booking with Booking.com and again when we settled the bill at the French rate so we felt like we had been taxed twice I raised this but to no avail. Breakfast was a touch expensive.

Quiet area within easy walking distance to village. Ideally situated between La rochelle and Rochefort.

Does what it says on the tin. No character but clean, efficient and friendly.

Not having air conditioning in the rooms is not forgiving, especially during the heat wave. Food was the worst in our two weeks in France.

Relative closeness to castle of Versailles (bit more than 1Km).

Hotel is hard to get to if travelling by car - it is located on a very busy roundabout and there is very limited space to park at the front, once you work out how to get to it.. While the hotel has an underground car park (costs 12 Euros per day), there is no lift into the hotel, which means the loading/unloading of luggage must be done in the limited space at the front.

Good location, 10 minute walk from Versailles Palace, flat easy walk, good parking under the hotel, large clean rooms and good breakfast. The usual Novotel standard, and surprisingly quiet at night.

Car park had a 2Meter height limit

It was conveniently located with secure parking (extra charge). Breakfast was very good with wide choice.
