Hélène and François are the most hospitable and friendly people and Hélène's cooking is to die for! The atmosphere is one of calm tranquility, perfect for a relaxing stay.

Loved this place. A very warm welcome at a unique venue in a beautiful part of France. We were lucky enough to enjoy a home cooked meal in the evening in front of a log fire. The service, friendliness and food were outstanding. I cannot recommend enough and hope to return soon. The rooms are very spacious and there's a lovely walk around the farm offering stunning views. All the food is organic and yummy.

Everything! The location is beautiful. The Chateau is small and Francois and Helene have done an incredible job at decorating it with antiques and objects d'arte of incredible taste. The meals are exquisitely prepared and served. We wish we had stayed longer.

The hosts were super friendly, and the dining at the place was excellent quality using local produce and wines from the nearby vineyards.

A long way from a town with shops, but not necessarily a negative

Our visit to Chateau Des Baudry was the the most wonderful experience. Helene's cooking is just fantastic, using the best of local products. Francois's service was soo good, he is a real font of knowledge on anything. Their beautiful flower filled courtyard garden is a pleasure to sit in and to eat in, although our weather was not good enough for that. Add to that the vineyards in the surrounding area, don't miss the wine tastings at the English speaking Chateau Feely (Haute Garrigue) and Chateau Richard. We were just so sorry not to be there longer.

There is nothing to dislike about Chateau des Budry

Traditional French, with good cuisine. A well run establishment and the personal service from Francois & Helene was good. The bed was very comfortable and the room relaxing. Grounds and pool are lovely, with superb views. Very quiet and relaxing few days.

The owners are accommodating, charming and helpful. The property is truly unique, comfortable, and dare I say lovely! While an older property, the bathrooms are right up to date! It is out in the country where it is very peaceful. You will also be exceedingly well fed here too! She is a marvelous cook!

Chateau Des Baudry was magical! The garden, the food, the pool, the beautiful rooms, and the gorgeous surroundings make this place a perfect destination. We had dinner there one night out of two. It was nearly perfect - don't miss this special treat. We did some sightseeing and hiking in the area and also relaxed at the pool. One of our favorite places ever.

Helene and Francois are wonderful hosts and we really enjoyed our stay - we would love to return some day for a longer visit, a week would be great!

Helene and Francois are examples of what constitutes ideal role models for other chambre d`hote hosts. They will make anyones stay a pleasure . The meals were imaginative and of high quality. The courtyard garden is a credit to Helene`s imaginative ideas and in a period of good weather one might find it difficult to leave it for local sight seeing.Our stay was very enjoyable and made it our intention to return.

We spent a delightful 5 nights at this beautiful old establishment and wished we had booked a longer stay. We had a delightfully furnished, very spacious room and a large bathroom with a bath and a separate shower, also a separate toilet. This is exactly what I requested when I made the booking. Our room had access from a large, pretty courtyard with a pond, complete with water lilies and fish. We also had French doors the other side of the room which opened out onto a large lawn and views to the fields, vineyards and woods beyond. It was very quiet and peaceful and we heard no noise from guests in other rooms, probably due to the thickness of the old stone walls. We had the use of a lovely sitting room in the main part of the building. A delicious breakfast was prepared each morning by Helene and served by Francois in their exquisitely decorated dining room. We had a superb dinner each evening, again cooked by Helene and served by Francois. Each morning Francois chatted to us about where we might like to visit that day and gave us the relevant maps etc. The property is in the heart of the countryside down a long drive. However, it is not too remote as there are 2 villages nearby and many other interesting places within easy driving distance. Helene and Francois are delightful and genuinely nice people, who run an excellent establishment, which cannot be faulted. I cannot recommend Chateau des Baudrey highly enough. We hope to be able to visit again and will stay for longer next time!

I couldn't find any fault with this property. There was nothing that I disliked. Everything was perfect.

Helene and Francois' house, garden, cuisine and decor are all in superb taste. The house and garden are comfortable, beautiful and complement each other perfectly. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l'accueil des propriétaires, le bon goût des l'ameublement et de la décoration ,le charme romantique du feu de cheminée dans la chambre, la cuisine d'Hélène ! la classe folle de l'authentique !

Rien, tout est correct et sabs mauvaise surprise.

le cadre est simplement beau. les proprietaires connaissent parfaitement l'histoire de la région est vous guide si besoin. La cuisine est délicieuse avec des vins de qualité,que vous pouvez consommer avec modération.

Indretningen (absolut 1800-tals style) og omgivelserne. Virkelig fredfyldt og meget lækkert. Francois er en yderst behagelig vært og Helene en fremragende kok. Vi nød hvert et minut på stedet.

L'accueil et les explications sur le" logis"du XVIIe siècle. Le calme absolu en pleine campagne. La cour intérieure et son bassin à nénuphars l'authenticité et l'ambiance du logis. La chambre spacieuse et confortable. La cuisine excellente de la maîtresse de maison, la compétence et l'amabilité des propriétaires.

Мы в восторге от этого отеля. Это старинное шато, практически средневековый замок, увитый лозой. Уютный, домашний, но роскошный отель. Огромное спасибо Франсуа и Елене за то, что сделали этот отдых незабываемым. Гостеприимные доброжелательные хозяева, всегда помогут, подскажут. Спросите у них "что лучше всего посмотреть в окрестностях?" - дадут карты, буклеты, объяснят все и вы ни разу не разочаруетесь в их советах. Ресторан стоит отдельных слов. Серебряная старинная посуда, очень красивый интерьер, освещение практически только свечами, что создает уют и романтику. Внимательное отношение к каждому посетителю. Еда, приготовленная Еленой - выше всяких похвал! Настоящая домашняя французская изысканная кухня. Отличные вина. Не выбирайте сами, просите Франсуа выбрать на его вкус и вы не пожалеете! Завтраки сытные. Номера большие, обставлены настоящей антикварной мебелью, уютные, чистые. Ванная комната очень большая, новая сантехника, есть и душевая кабина, и ванная, и отдельный туалетный столик, яркие оранжевые полотенца (а не привычные белые) - чувствуешь себя как дома! Наш номер имел отдельный выход в сад из которого выход к бассейну. На прощание хозяева подарили нам банку домашнего джема, сваренного Еленой. Было очень приятно!

К сожалению, такого адреса наш навигатор не знал, а координат мы не записали. Пришлось искать отель некоторое время. Внимательно смотрите карты предварительно.

Wij raden aan om de website van de Château te bezoeken, alles wat op deze site vermeld wordt is correct. Hélène is een buitengewone chef. Zij heeft ons sublieme gerechten laten ontdekken samengesteld uit ingrediënten, specerijen en aroma’s uit de streek (en de eigen moestuin) die ons in de hoogst mogelijke staat van gelukzaligheid en plezier gebracht hebben. La douce France op zijn best, afspraak om 8 uur ’s avonds. François is een gastheer buiten categorie. Hij is de perfecte ambassadeur van zijn regio en heeft ons op een atypische en gepersonaliseerde wijze de regio laten ontdekken. Als perfecte gastheer heeft hij de sublieme gerechten van Hélène aangevuld met uitstekende wijnen uit de streek, romantisch kaarslicht in open lucht, prachtige muziek, interessante uitleg en – niet te vergeten – een aanstekelijk goed humeur.
