charming manor house, well refurbished, personal and friendly it is not a hotel but B&B only. No service available, no bar, no restaurant,garden not finished and surrounding area not very pleasant |

This renovation of an old Malouin chateau is a work in progress. It will have great potential when finished. Decent and fairly nicely appointed rooms and large grounds. But lots more work for the owners to do before this place reaches its potential Building still smells a bit mouldy and no restaurant facilities (other than breakfast) on site. Chateau is a 10 minute drive from civilisation - this is both a pro and a con. The owner believes it will take several years to build this up to its potential and we agree |

Receptionist was excellent, made you feel welcome. Most helpful in giving directions to town and ferry. Very adequate breakfast before departure. Would return as ambience was good. |

Staff very friendly and history of the house very interesting. Bed and bathroom very comfortable. Too expensive for services available. Breakfast overpriced. Hotel not terribly well signposted. Garden not well maintained and first appearance of hotel not good. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was in a lovely setting and it was peaceful and quiet. The animals added a nice touch! It was also nice to chat to the owner and find out more of the history of the chateau Not really, but I do have some comments based on the fact that we do travel extensively. Breakfast At 12 euros was expensive for just bread, cereals and cheese. For that price they should be offering eggs, i.e. omelette and perhaps sliced meats. I would also have liked to be able to sit and have a drink in the lounge but there was no proper bar and the wine was expensive. |

The staff was extremely helpful and nice and the hotel was amazingly beautiful and luxurious. Would recommend it highly and would stay there again in a heartbeat. So relaxing and the food was fantastic. Can't say enough good things about it - we were blown away and very sad that we only stayed one night. No, but people should know that there are several dogs and cats (all very sweet), so if you don't like pets or are allergic, it might not be the right place for you. |

I hesitate to write a rave review in case others read it and everybody finds out about this gem of a hotel. It is a beautiful building in lots of space and quiet. Staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Room was massive and nicely furnished. I loved it here and left completely revitalised. My only regret is I couldn't stay longer. I'll definitely be back in the future. No tea and coffee in the rooms. |

Superb Rooms. Renovated Chateau only recently opened, but friendly and welcoming Owners and staff. Quiet situation, but beautiful grounds. Very impressive interior and good French breakfast. Close to St Malo giving easy access by car, but set in peaceful countryside, away from the busy town. Not easy to find initially. Could do with better signs, particularly at night. |

Très belle demeure, originale et authentique ; de plus un accueil des plus amical Le parc du château a besoin que l'on s'y penche un peu; l'hôtel a besoin de se structurer un peu plus pour offrir un meilleur service |

Cadre extérieur. Décoration et ameublement de la salle du petit déjeuner, de la réception et du salon. Connection facile à l'internet. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Calme du cadre Aucun service à l'étage ou en dehors des heures normales d'ouverture. Manque de restauration. Petit déjeuner non disponible avant 08:25 et amabilité de la serveuse à revoir. Un mini bar ou petit refrigirateur dans la chambre serait appreciable. Set de Cafe-The-Bouilloire... devrait être disponible dans la chambre |

Mooi kasteel/hotel, mooie kalers, goede service Is recent geopend en zal nog veel afwerking vragen rond het kasteel. Is wel moeilijk te vinden en nogal afgelegen. GPS is een must om het te vinden. |

Zeer nette kamers waarvan alles goed functioneerde. Zeer veel ruimte om het kasteel en geschikt voor diverse doeleinden. Verzorging van het ontbijt ging wat rommelig. Werd niet tijdig aangevuld maar wel meteen geregeld als erom gevraagd werd. Gezien de prijs zou je een uitgebreidere ontbijt mogen verwachten. |
