This was the most wonderful place I've ever stayed. The setting and views are breathtaking and the hotel and room decor are enchanting. The staff and service were impeccable, and we were even upgraded upon our arrival to a nicer suite. Amazing visit at Chateau Eza!
The location was spectacular and the library room was stunning in decor and ambiance. I have to tell you something a bit embarrassing. From our balcony we could see right through to the private balcony below us. The couple staying there had no idea that we saw them buck naked sunning on their balcony. You might want to fix this situation and close the gap in the awning below.
Great food, friendly staff, wonderful views
Lumpy pillows, small rooms, lack of amenities (no gym, no pool). They missed our wake up call.
Not like any place I have ever been - just magical. Romantic and interesting - calm, peaceful, gorgeous. Completely worth it.
Location Staff Services facilities Everything!
No negatives at all
Gracious service, unbeatable view of the Mediterranean, fabulous, immaculate, rooms
Our dinner at their one Michelin star restaurant was good but not great. The service was spectacular.
Pleasant staff, lovely view from restaurant. Well appointed room.
Booked a room with a terrace for 10th Anniversary, but they tried to give me a room without one. Forced to pay another 1230 Euro plus taxes to get what I should have had in the first place. Booking.com have agreed with me and offered a derisory amount of compensation, but the hotel is still trying to wriggle out of it and the matter is currently being disputed with my credit card company. Beware!
The wonderful views. We were very lucky to have a dinner table on the balcony of the restaurant.

There is nothing to dislike
The location is beautiful. The staff was great and really accommodating. I got one of the last rooms they had available that week and when I decided to extend my stay, they made sure I was able to stay in my room. After weeks of back to back work and no breaks, this place was a welcomed and wonderful breather
The only issue I had was almost getting stuck in the bathroom because the handle broke. But I quickly found a solution for it so it was not big deal. I liked everything.
Wonderful hotel, very pleasant and efficient personnel. Super comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. Can recommend without hezitation.
everything is just so special, the rooms, the views, the restaurant, try for a terrace table, its spectacular at night
there is nothing to dislike
We loved the room and the view. The setting of Chateau Eza is enchanting and charming. The staff was vey attentive to our questions and needs.
It is best that you let the restaurant staff know that you are staying at the Chateau for a better table. Also, I would advise to make reservations in advance. They had made our reservations for the wrong night.
Location is great. All you need to do is go and have a drink, see the view, not necessary to stay.
We ate at the Restuarant that nite, way over prices and we both got sick. Our bill was all incorrect when we checked out.
The access Is walking and climbing. The room was very small and the views were not as nice as promised.
Kind supports from all workers, so beautiful view on the terrace and great location in Eze.
The view is amazing. You can't beat it. It's a small medieval village on top of a hill. I saw pictures of this hotel and fell in love immediately. They take care of parking and your luggage which is nice. You don't have to try to drag it up the hill. It's located between Nice and Monaco. It's is very quiet since it is small.
I really loved everything about this place. I didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food. They were closed for a private event.
Continental breakfast in bedroom excellent and Honey buzzards flying nearby
Everything was good if you're having dinner book well in advance
Perfect location with spectacular views over the Cote d'Azure! Attention to detail and service could not be bettered. From the moment we arrived we felt enveloped in 5 star luxury! A truly magical place not to be missed! Expensive ....yes.....but you will leave with memories to last a lifetime!
