Excellent location. Nice place. I received two twin beds after repeated e-mail requests for a double or queen. The staff, although not particularly unfriendly, were not particularly helpful or knowlegeable when I asked for advice..."Where to eat...Where to get good coffee..." That sort of thing. I would stay here again.

No restaurant, very expensive basic breakfast, dried urine on floor of bathroom around lavatory, hair drier broken, hot room, too noisy with window open and air conditioning not functioning, bar was closed sunday evening, altogether pretty hopeless for a 4 star hotel. I wouldnt go again

Very good location, sufficient room and friendly stuff.

Elevator which is only one on this hotel has been broken almost full day. So we must climbing up on stair ways on 6th floor.

The lodation is great the interior is beautiful and expensively done the atmosphere is relaxing

The concierge called a taxi for us for the morning of our departure our schedule changed and we needed to leave earlier he tried to insist that we wait for his taxi to arrive and was quite unpleasant about our choosing to take a taxi that was stationed outside the hotel

The location was great, lots of nice stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very charming. The staff helpful and friendly

The fact that breakfast is 25 euros , so expensive and if a customer just wants coffee and croissant he cannot.

The Staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic for our quick stay. Very close to the Metro, restaurants and sightseeing.

The sheets were a bit rough and took away from the comfort of the bed. The cost of the breakfast was high for cereal and cold plate. Scrambled eggs and sausage were available but not worth the price that was charged. If I were to stay there again, I would venture out for breakfast. Make sure to bring your own electrical converters as the price charged by the hotel was three times the rate found in town.

Staff & location

Rooms needs to be renovated & NO A/C in all hotel

The establishment falls under the category of "Boutique Hotel", which gives it a warm feeling. The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff in its totality is friendly. It's location is central, just a few meters and you're in the Champs.

The breakfast, while the only one in the world I witnessed being extended till 2:00 pm, is a bit pricy @ €25. Yet, it's a good breakfast and my little daughter loves it.

Excellent location for this hotel, in a very nice area, just off of Champs de Ellysee. The Staff were very helpful and friendly, speaking good English, and were even able to sort an extremly competitive taxi fare back to the train station. The Bar and reception area were very nicely decorated/presented, although the bedrooms were a little dated.

The prices. The breakfast was very expensive, as was the Bar prices!
