The hotel reception area is nice but once you go to the room you will see that they are old and dirty. I was not under the impression that this was a 4 star hotel but more a 2 star out back hotel - I would not recommend it! Service was poor - reception service was non existant

Close to Champs Elysses and convenient for buses and the Metro Nearby bistros and restaurants 10 minute walk down to the Seine (20-25 mins to Eiffel Tower Nicely decorated and furnished without it being in the luxury bracket Breakfast was an option (which we didn't take) at an outrageous 25 euros per head Little atmosphere...bar was always nearly empty No tea /coffee making facilities in room

The location is perfect, the personel friendly and helpful, advise to book a room not on the street as it is very quiet Charming hotel I will surely choose it in the future Services and equipement: for the price we shall have the slippers ready and not to ask for them , the wifi shall be improved it stops all the time and we need to reconnect Cleanliness can be improved

My stay at the chateau was amazinggggg. The rooms are spacious and very clean and nicely decorated. The bathrooms are spacious and clean too. I definitely recommend this hotel and the location is amazingggggggg. It is a little bit expensive but so worth it. Thanks frontenac!

The room was large compared to the usual Paris hotels There was a problem with my booking and the front desk staff that delt with was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Also the elevator was extremely small. It barely fit baby tram.

The friendly staff and the location but there are many hotel like that around and for a better price. The hotel is very expensive when you compare it to nearby hotels that offer the same sevices and even better. I think the hotel does not deserve the 4 star that it has

- Location Location Location is the best feature in this hotel, it is 1 min walk to the Champs elysee. - The free internet in all the rooms. - We booked 2 rooms. One of them the A.C. was down. We asked the staff to fix it but the technical support didn't fix it untill we complained to the manager. It is true that they provide us a fan, but still, its sound was annyoing. Moreover, everytime we leave the hotel, the room service used to take the fan and we had to ask for it again. - The room service was veeeeery slowwwww. They would take ages to bring us a blanket, a pillow or the fan. - If you want an iron and an ironing board, then the hotel will tell you that you have only an hour to iron your clothes and they will take back. (sooo not 4star hotel service)

L’hôtel en lui même est un lieu agréable : ni trop grand ni trop petit, avec un décor chaleureux. Le petit plus pour nous a été l'arrivée. Mon mari arrivait de CDG avec 18 h de voyage et besoin d'une douche. Sans problème et avec simplicité, la chambre étant prête, nous avons pu y accéder presque une heure plutôt que prévu sur la réservation. Ce sont aussi ces petits détails qui font un bon hôtel ! Je n'ai pas très bien dormi, il faisait une chaleur épouvantable dans la chambre et je n'ai pas réussi à allumer la clim !
