The Hotel's Management, follow-up and special care to individual guests and repetitive visitors is outstanding. I feel at home when I meet at every stay in the hotel, the same important staff from the lady manager to the bell boy with their warm welcome and attention. Comfortable, elegant and sober rooms close to the Champs Elysees, Cafes, Taxis and Metro; Very convenient for a business or a vacation trip. I get used to this hotel and feel upset whenever I miss to book in due time.

Bed: the worst mattress, pillow and blanket that I seen in 4* hotels.

I liked the old renovated look of the place & the location was excellent for the occasion (New Year) being a short walk from Champs Elysees & not too far from Tour Eifel ...The staff was very friendly& helpful...check in & check out was quick easy. There isn't a thing that we've asked for that it wasn't arranged immediately.Rooms are nicely decorated nothing flashy & the size is just right.Our room had a long balcony overlooking Pierre Charron street which I've enjoyed despite the cold weather. I would definitely go back to chateau frontenac on my next visit to Paris.

Sound insulation between the room & corridor wasn't that great but it's understandable since it's an old renovated building.Would've also prefered if the toilet was seperated from the shower, more practical if more than one person is occupying the room.

Enjoyed staying to see illuminated Champs-Elysees and Eifell tower which are close to the hotel. Staffs were very kind and helpful.

Excellent location, professional staff. Room sufficiently large and well- appointed. I would return.

The hotel is very expensive when you compare it to nearby hotels that offer the same sevices and even better. I think the hotel does not deserve the 4 star that it has

- Location Location Location is the best feature in this hotel, it is 1 min walk to the Champs elysee. - The free internet in all the rooms.

- We booked 2 rooms. One of them the A.C. was down. We asked the staff to fix it but the technical support didn't fix it untill we complained to the manager. It is true that they provide us a fan, but still, its sound was annyoing. Moreover, everytime we leave the hotel, the room service used to take the fan and we had to ask for it again. - The room service was veeeeery slowwwww. They would take ages to bring us a blanket, a pillow or the fan. - If you want an iron and an ironing board, then the hotel will tell you that you have only an hour to iron your clothes and they will take back. (sooo not 4star hotel service)
