Genel olarak otel iyiydi. Fakat oda temizliği rezaletti, minibar'ı kullanıyoruz ertesi gün bardakları değiştirmiyorlar işin kötüsü yıkamadıkları gibi yeni&temiz bardak bırakmıyorlar 2 kez uyarmamıza rağmen değişiklik olmadı. Banyo temizliği yapılsa bile yerler süpürülmediği için sabah saçınızı taradıysanız akşam o saçlar ayaklarınıza yapışıyordu. Temizlik dışında otel iyiydi. |

kahvalti son derece basarili. Servis elemanlari ve Concierge ilgili, yardimsever. Oda biraz kucuk ve cok dipteydi. Daha iyi bir oda verebilirlerdi. Birde oda halilari daha temiz olabilir. Ayrica kat hizmetleri malzemelerini koridor boyunca daginik bir sekilde ortada birakiyor. Sabah ilk imaj hic hos bir goruntu olmuyor. |

Only Location! Service in the hotel was very commercial!! every thing is done by money!! i.e : adapter is for 18 Euro!! not to mention that the elevator would take forever! |

I liked the hotel´s location and the breakfast, expensive but with a variety of fruits, cereals, breads, cheeses, ham, juice and yogurt. I did not like the way I was treated by the concierge, who was rude and impolite at a time of great stress for me because I was robbed in Paris and needed to cancel my credit card. There was no understanding of the hotel staff in this episode, in a "very french" way, completely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, which charges 200 euros a day. |

The room made you "feel good" and comfortable. Beds were OK (very important issue) 3 issues: Somewhat noisy for a 4-star hotel. The elevators took "forever" to get anywhere. Breakfast is outrageously expensive. |

The staff were very friendly and approachable. The location was wonderful and the room size was very good If I was to nitpick, then it was difficult to regulate the temperature of the room ie it was a bit too hot |

Ik kom al 28 jaar in dit hotel omdat het altijd perfect is. Het is pas verbouwd, de lobby etc. en dat is heel smaakvol gedaan. Het personeel is altijd zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn altijd superschoon en zalige bedden. |

Расположение от основных объектов города. Дизайн номеров. Плохо, что там не работал ресторан. Завтрак очень хороший. Отношение персонала на ресепшн не очень внимательное. Забыли заказать для нас такси. Пожалуй, только по поводу работы ресторана. |
