Pool Staff Apartment great value
No wifi in rooms
A lovely setting - a real getaway from the local surroundings, beautiful house with real character, great hosts and a very friendly atmosphere.
intermittent wifi, would have liked the TV/DVD player to have worked as a normal TV, as opposed to just a DVD player for hired DVDs. If I realised prior to my visit, I would have a bought a few CD's/DVD's of my own with me.
Lived up to the reviews. Very spacious apartment with great bedrooms and nice gardens/pool. Slightly seedy area but ok to walk into town. Expensive for what it is though.
Very large 2 bed apartment with good parking, nice garden and pool and excellent helpful staff.
The 10 minute walk to the city centre is not particularly pleasant. The beds are a little uncomfortable.
We found the location was ideal for us situated between the centre and the rugby league ground. The chateau is a wonderful oasis in a not particularly attractive area. It is has great historical charm and very kindly hosts. It is an deal base for exploring the area or to stay and watch the rugby.
We could not fault anything.
The house and grounds are amazing. It is fitted to a high standard and makes a comfortable stay. The young chap who welcomed us was most friendly and helpful, a true gem. It is only a ten minute walk into the centre which we had no problem with at all.
The nearby surrounding area is maybe not the best but because the house is secure and the grounds are secure (gated parking) it wasn't an issue for us, we were able to park our motorbike securely.
The young host was extremely pleasant and helpful and accommodation was spacious and comfortable.
You had to walk through a rather dodgy area from town to get to hotel. Otherwise, no complaints.
The comfort, facilities, kindness
Accommodation was excellent. Grounds lovely.
No TV connection.
Good location, friendly staff, old bldg re-furbished in good style
Sharing common living space was a surprise. No elevator.
.The proximity to the city and easy access out of the city. .The helpful and accomodating Elena and Tillman. .The comfortable bed. .The focus on recycling and conservation.
It would have been helpful if the saucepans had had lids.
Amazing hotel, great breakfast, beautiful garden, quiet, cozy rooms. Wifi could work better!
Great staff, Tilman is very polite, helpful and enthusiastic. He gave us precious tips on special sights at Roussillon and we enjoyed them very much. The hotel is perfect, cozy, clean and features a beautiful garden and outdoor space. Highly recommend this hotel.
Elena is a lovely and delightful host, this was our 2nd time there and we FOR SURE plan on going back! thank you for everything!! Luci
Loads of space in the appartment that had a fully kitted out kitchen
Convenient yet quiet location within walking distance of the city centre. We rented a car and made two very easy day trips into the Pyrenees (St. Thomas Thermal Baths) and a visit to the Dali Museum in nearby Spain. Our only point of contact, Tilman, was an exceptional host who provided numerous useful suggestions and directions. The Chateau is very safe and private with beautiful grounds surrounding it.
Wow, this place is a little oasis in the middle of Perpignan. Beautiful grounds and great accommodation and facilities, staff are friendly and great knowledge of the area
Lovely Chateau set in a beautiful garden. We had a large apartment and comfortable beds.Excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff.
Host was very pleasant and informative and accommodated us with an upgrading to a suite with King-size bed. A quite luxurious apartment with a full kitchen, large LR AND BR.
There were no complaints. Area was not the nicest bit easy walk to center city.
