The building and reception staff - Excellent! TV in room was fuzzy but did not bother me since we did not watch it at all. |

Setting, dog friendly, peaceful, cleanliness, bedroom size, English speaking reception staff, very comfortable bed, good choice at breakfast. Restaurant staff attitude left a lot to be desired. Bar area lacked atmosphere and ambiance. Bar prices, food and drink, unreasonably expensive. Had the prices been more realistic we would have considered eating there. |

The comfort, the staff, the location The breakfast was not very good. The orange juice had turned, and the fruit and bakery items seemed old. |

The room preparation for the evenings while we were out for dinner was delightful as a single feature, but the whole experience was simply luxurious for us. |

The quality of the bedrooms is excellent and the staff were friendly and efficient. The main dining room was not available to individual guests, only to conference guests. The food was definitely not up to the expected standard for the luxury hotel and the very high prices. |

Beautifully appointed hotel just outside Paris. We were upgraded and had a stunning deluxe room with fantastic views of the countryside. We ate outside on the terrace. The food was not up to the standard of the hotel on the night we stayed. |

Fabulously cossetted luxury, a delight from start to reluctant end of our stay! The hotel, decor, staff and location combine to make this a real destination hotel. No. Some spa therapies on offer would have been welcome though. |

Best hotel I've ever been to. The hotel is superb. Staff is extremely friendly. Upon arrival all documents are ready for you. The room is wonderfull, just like the pictures on the Internet. The rooms are large and well equiped. Lovely bathroom. Very romantic scenery. Very nice that the minibar is included The prices of food and drinks are extremely high. Don't be shocked when they ask 6 euro for a simple cappchino. It doesn't stimulate to have any other drinks or foods in the hotel. The bed is really bad. It's so hard that both my boyfriend and I had a terrible back, neck and shoulders ache. They are not comfortable. |

We reserved the B&B (room with breakfast) option 2x recently at Tiara and we were very impressed. The hotel is incredibly beautiful and the price of the room included everything but dinner and drinks. Minibar, gym, pool, parking, wifi, all were included in the B&B rate. The level of furnishing and attention to detail in the rooms and in the service can't be beat! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling near the CDG with a car. It's a large chateau, and could be used for visiting Paris during the day before retreating to this beautiful spot in the chantilly forest at night, worth thinking about as the value you receive at this hotel would easily be double the price at any 4* hotel in Paris. |

Staff were friendly and courteous without being intrusive, made you feel as though you were a regular VIP customer. Breakfast and dinner excellent, rooms spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Panoramic views over forest from hilltop setting and good outdoor seating areas. Despite having 100 rooms still kept a sense of intimacy. |

One of the best Hotels I have stayed in France, better than some of the 5* Luxury. Location is near to motorway and acccessible to CDG airport. It took us 35 minutes from centre of Paris to hotel off peak hours. I was travelling on business but will definitely go back for a weekend. No, only regret was that we arrived too late in evening to enjoy dinner or a drink on the patio! |

Excellent hotel, staff very agreable and discreet. The restaurant, which was empty so we ate in the bar which was lovely, a bit overpriced but good. Restaraunt a bit overpriced but good. |
