location was very good to reach city centre and monuments; bedroom confortable; the woman we dealt with was very friendly and welcoming. Basin waste pipe didn't work properly. Long wait for breakfast and for check out |

Convenient for town centre. I think breakfast would have been better if we had got there earlier, by 8:30 there was very little left but it would have been good value.Over all a value for money hotel. Rooms a little too small, no milk for tea or coffee in room and when asked the staff just shrugged it off saying they didn't have any. |

The woman we dealt with was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and the computer was very accessible to send emails back home. the rooms were small but big enough for a one night stay. |

wifi access is of paramount importance to me and it was a huge disappointment to discover that a charge was levied for this service. I have stayed in many French hotels where this is a free service. |

The good thing was we only stayed one night. However it seemed to be close enough to anything you would want to see in Nantes. Quite central. Also good to have a free carpark. One of the rooms we had stank and had sodden carpets. When we mentioned this the next day, there was merely a shrug of the shoulders from the front desk person. Check in is quite late (5pm), they charge an hourly rate for connection to the internet which is completely overpriced and the rooms are very, very small. |

Staff were very pleasant and the room was clean. The whole place was very shabby. Stairs carpet absolutely worn away. Old building that needed a lot of renovation. Some money had been spent on the bedroom, but everything was very "cheap" |

Proximité des transports, tarifs tout à fait abordables, accueil agréable. Rien à redire, cette nuit a été parfaite! Nous sommes venus avec notre bébé en poussette. Il n'y a pas de rampe d'accès, il faut porter la poussette, ce n'est pas forcément évident. Heureusement que notre chambre était au RDC! |

J'ai apprécié l'accueil qui met tout de suite à l'aise, la disposition géographique permet de sortir dans le centre ville sans avoir à prendre sa voiture. J'ai trouvé que la chambre était pas assez grande, la porte de la salle de bain butait sur le lit du coup le passage était réduit de moitié... |

propreté et service de nettoyage des chambres laissant à désirer ! les mêmes serviettes de toilettes pour 3 personnes laissées en place pendant 3 jours , ramassées par terre et mise sur le bord de la baignoire !!! lavabo et w.c non nettoyés ! lits recouverts mais non refaits , draps non seulement pas changés mais même pas retendus! petit dejeuner insuffisant si vous descendez une demi -heure après le début du service ! |
