We were impressed with the service from the moment we arrived, until our departure. The hotel staff was excellent, and the chateau itself was very impressive. Make sure to eat in the restaurant, a delight! |

It was a good experience of staying in castle type of hotel. Staff upgraded our superior double room to more luxury for free. The room was very big and bathroom was very comfortable. We booked hotel with low-season rate (~half of summer rate) and it was really value for money. Breakfast was included in tha rate which is not always the case in France. After dinner we have had a very good time by seating close to big fireplace in the one of hotel's halls. Free WiFi would be nice. Coffee was instant (not from beans). We took Wine Package and expected to taste the wine in the cellar of castle. Instead we receive a flyer to visit 3 places (Burgundy) for wine tasting. It was also nice (we saved money on entry fee) but not what we expected. |

The setting was beautiful, the dining room was impressive, I expected an excellent dinner, but was a little disappointed. The bar area was very gloomy and there was no alternate indoor sitting area. |

We visited growers in Chablis, Meursault, Pouilly and Champagne. We also spent a day in Beaune and visited Chanson pere & fils there. Sunday breakfast becomes rather crowded. Can the period be extended or more use be made of taking breakfast on the terrace? Perhaps residents should be provisionally booked for Friday and Saturday dinner and then allowed to opt out (rather than in). The restaurent in Flagey is fine, but involves driving. |

People were kind and helpfull. Nice and clean domain. The breakfast buffet was good. Litlle dog was not allowed in he restaurant. The sommelier did not try to slow down his explenantion in French while he saw whe couldn't follow. The airco was not working or was not present. Despite a big air ventilator was put in place. |

The ambience. The staff were also very thoughful, offered us upgrades and remembered specific requests. It is always a great experience to stay at this authentic chateau in Burgundy. There was a staff member who is either new or not trained very well that offended a person at our party because of rude comments. |

Nous avons été très bien acceuilli par un personnel très sympathique. Nous avons passé une nuit dans l'hôtel et apprécié la propreté de la chambre. Le jardin est également bien entretenu. Au restaurant le service était à la hauteur, en particulier le sommelier très compétent en ce qui concerne les vins. Le prix du petit-déjeuner. |

Das ganze Anwesen hatte eine super Ausstrahlung . Würden sofort wieder dort übernachten auch die Speisen waren vorzüglich in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. |

歴史を感じる館で、スタッフの対応も内装もとても素敵。記念日に泊まったのですが、その旨を事前に伝えたら- 、色々なサプライズを用意していただきました。レストランは、ワインに力を入れていて、そのリストだけでも- 5cmくらいの分厚さ。プロのソムリエがお勧め等の対応してくれます。ただどれも値段が高く、夕食だけで宿- 泊料以上の値段がかかりました。朝食も素敵な会場で、美味しかったです。 |

リーズナブルな料金で豪華な時間を過ごすことができました。 ワインカーブでの試飲・見学宿泊コースだったのですが、一番近いワイナリーまで車で１５分かかるとの説明、- 飲酒運転になるのであきらめました。（ホテル内にカーブがあると思っていました。）宿泊コースに説明があっ- たほうが良いのでは？ |

Très bel hôtel dans un magnifique chateau. Le parc est superbe. Beau buffet de petit déjeuner La piscine est beaucoup trop petite pour la capacité de l'hôtel. Le restaurant installé dans un cadre superbe est hors de prix et de qualité moyenne, à éviter. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, met uitzondering van 1 receptioniste. Mooi kader. Goed restaurant. Prima ontbijt. Verouderde badkamer. Slecht geïsoleerde leidingen, zowel toe- als afvoer. Lawaaiïg. Prijzig restaurant! Zwembad niet op niveau van hotel. |
