Excellent facilities and clean, nicely decorated rooms. Good breakfast, would recommend but it will be a costly stay. No tea or coffee in the room, which I think should come as a standard service when you are paying over £200 per night. We had a really tiny bath in our standard chateau room, which made it impossible to have a long soak in the bath. We were also disappointed with the size of the room, you could barely get around the bed. We ate in the restaurant, the food was good, but we thought it was overpriced, when compared to eating locally- you are really paying for the surroundings. If this is usual, then it should be well communicated at the time of the booking. It isn't so convenient to find a restaurant elsewhere, at 21h00, or in that location. The bar was very nice and they served good inexpensive food for this type of hotel. Bike hire was a good idea. The swimming pool /spa facilities were crowded and not very comfortable. The too hot sauna was tiny but with 6 strangers packed in it was none too pleasant. I was glad to get back to my room.Check your bill very carefully as we were charged for 4 x 2 breakfasts for a 3 nights stay! Il est une excellente base pour visiter les environs et pour se rendre a Paris en voiture est tres pratique et un trajet acceptable. La chambre reservée etait tres petiteb et pas du tout en harmonie avec le prix demandé et nos attentes pour un chateau.Bref chambre pas digne d'un chateau. Par chance le personnel nous a relocalisé dans une chambre plus spacieuse bien que pas equivalente a nos attentes et une chambre deja habitée precedemment laquelle nous esperions. De plus la reservation grace a booking.com n'a pas ete moins chere qu'une reservation directement au chateau. En gros le prix a ete le meme. Pendant tout notre sejour il a ete impossible de louer des chevaux. Vraiement surprenant pour un chateau dans la region de Chantilly. Lors d'une visite a Chantilly on s'attends a la possibilité de faire de l'equitation. Je crois que le Chateau devrait etre en mesure de satisfaire ses clients sur ce point ce qui n'est pas le cas actuellement. On a vu des chevaux que sur des affiches. Le chateau devrait varier ses menus dans la semaine.Cela serait apprecié losr d'un sejour d'une semaine et plus ; comme un menu du jour par exemple. Booking.com m'a simplement offert la chambre la moins chere.J'aurais apprecié me voir offrir toutes les categories de chambres de l'hotel ainsi qwue si possible d'evenyuels rabais. Nicole Mature couple PARIS, France August 13, 2011	Sa situation géographique, dans une très agréable forêt et des abords du château très bien fleuris et aménagés. L'accueil à la réception très agréable. Le bar et le service du bar, tant l'après-midi que le soir avant le dîner. La détente, par sa piscine, ses installations sportives, les massages en cabine individuelle exécutés par du personnel compétent. La chambre située au 4ème étage sous les combles, très bien aménagée de style moderne, avec un immense lit, et une vue superbe , bien entendu la qualité de la literie, la propreté, la salle de bains attenante idem, très propre, et, dans l'ensemble, un calme absolu. La restauration, tant au dîner qu'au petit-déjeuner, dans la salle à manger. Le menu du dîner n'était pas gastronomique, il manquait une touche d'originalité dans les saveurs, la carte des vins était moyenne. Pour le petit-déjeuner, le service n'était pas à la hauteur (pas de nettoyage de la nappe des précédents occupants), être obligé d'aller se servir soi-même dans la petite salle attenante et revenir avec sa tasse à café avec soucoupe, son assiette avec pain, il n'y avait plus de verres pour le jus d'orange (ils étaient au lavage), il fallait faire plusieurs voyages pour parvenir à être servi. Il aurait mieux valu que l'on nous serve à table notre café ou thé avec une bouteille thermos directement sur la table. Pourquoi tant de déplacements d'autant qu'il y avait du monde et beaucoup de touristes asiatiques, comme toujours, pressés. Did you find this review helpful?	8.3

“We enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice settings, large garden and many areas to relax outside or inside. Spa and swimming pool was also very nice. Relatively large swimming pool. We did a massage which was great and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was great with a large selection of hot and cold dishes. They let us do a late checkout, let us stay in the hotel spa after checkout, and also drove us to the train station, free of charge. It was very nice of them. There was a marrige taking place at the site and yet we were not disturbed at all by it.”
