The service at the restaurant is very poor ! and the rooms of the spa are not good at all (no separation between the rooms)

Location - while private within the chateau's small grounds, it was centered within a curious and bustling local community

An experience to stay in a grand building with such history.

No safe in room Room not ready on arrival 3.45pm Sunday. As Hotel under capacity Sunday night - surely Guests arriving that day should have rooms readied first ? Waited half an hour for room to be ready,no complimentary drink offered - cold juice would have been fine.Buffet breakfasts understaffed, coffee cold, hot water for tea making luke warm.Swiss guests laughed at the absence of staff and standards ! The most positive feedback we can say is the room was comfortable and cleaned well. Unfortunately the superior room has toilet in a closed area approx 1.0metre x 0.6m without ventilation, the door opens onto bedroom.

Special atmosphere of a medieval castle. Beautiful interior with historically interesting public rooms. We made use of special offer for superior room, had a nice spacious room (2nd floor), but there were also less attractive rooms for the same price. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant at night. Friendly staff who did their best to help.

Breakfast could have been better. In our room 2 of the 3 windows could not be opened. Were closed permanently because of risk of breaking when Mistral wind blows. The swimming pool is a long walk, down stairs and through park, from the hotel building.

Lovely place great fire and great feeling good food however the bed was waytoo small Other than this it was a lovely lovely time

aucunes documentations sur les sites à visiter. Aucunes selections des crus de vin "Cotes du Rhone" même en demandant au sommelier !!! Fiche du matin au petit déjeuner erronée indiquant 2 marchés provençaux n'existant pas le Dimanche. Renseignement à la reception : c'est une erreur!! le dimanche le marché est à Noyons. Nous nous sommes rendus à Noyons : "il n'existe quand période estivales"!!! La nouvelle gastronomie semble proportionnelle au Prix. "plus c'est chère, moins il y en a dans l'assiette, qui elles sont grandes et bien décorées. Aperitif devant la cheminée sans biscuits, que nous avons eu après réclamation. J'avais signalé que le W.E était pour fêter les 60 ans de mon Epouse. Dans cette classe d'établissement souvent il y a un petit geste : des fleurs dans la chambre ou un petit cadeau maison pour marquer l'évènement. Rien... Conclusion trop chère pour les prestations données et surtout pour un RELAIS CHATEAUX.

le cadre et l'accueil du personnel

Cadre et confort comme imaginé : personnel incompetant et non serviable. Cuisine pauvre et sommelier/mdh impoli et agressif. Chambre ok (chambre 22), pas de shampooing ..à 340€?! Piscine pas chauffee et triste comme cadre et entretien. Donc : cadre magnifique mais pas a conseiller!

El castell és espectacular, molt bonic. Les habitacions són normals.Molt tranquil. Vam agafar una molt bona oferta (preu per nit+esmorzar) però el servei no està a l´alçada d´un Relais Chateau, en general.

El servei regular. Molt interessats per tot, però si les coses eren positives. L´esmorzar força pobre i si necessitaves alguna cosa no hi havia personal. El servei de restaurant està bé, però la carta és pobre i el menjar no està en relació al preu que cobren. No ens va agradar el primer plat i no van ni preguntar si hi havia algun problema. La carn no es va servir com ho vam demanar. En fi, poc recomanable.

Très beau site et très belle vue. Chambres luxueuses pas toutes immenses.

Climatisation bruyante à l'intérieur et parfois à l'extérieur. Le personnel est aimable mais il manque la personnalité d'un patron de l'hôtel. Les bonbons relais et châteaux sur les lits sont ridicules.

le cadre féerique et calme,présence de biches dans le parc, cuisine raffinée, chambre spatieuse, literie excellente, possibilité de laisser moto ds la cour du chateau

piscine bien aménagée mais un peu excentrée du chateau, nous aurions aimé avoir dans la chambre un nécessaire pour boissons chaudes ,menu imposé pas de carte dommage.
