Fantastic location, views, scenery. Room very good and spaceous. Receptionist/'boss'. Very client friendly, also for children. Diner and breakfast good. Hamam did not work, that building needs maintenance in general. Sometimes little staff, you need to find the staff somewhere for a drink ( but then they solve everything very friendly)

We particularly enjoyed lazing by the pool in the peaceful surroundings, gazing up at the beautiful Chateau. The rooms are tastefully furnished with some antique furniture. The hotel staff were all very friendly and courteous and very good with the children.Food is good but a little pricey however we would definitely visit this hotel again in the future.

L'Hostellerie du Château de Salles est très agréable et très confortable. Le personnel est vraiment très charmant et très prévenant. En famille avec 3 enfants en bas âge, nous y avons passé un séjour très très agréable. En conclusion, avec en plus une situation géographique exceptionnelle et du charme fou de la bâtisse principale, je recommande vivement le Château de Salles. Une seule remarque : pas de wifi dans toutes les chambres, notamment dans les chambres des bâtiments annexes.

Oui. La chambre proposée n'était pas dans l'enceinte du château mais dans une dépendance et cela ne figurait pas sur le site de réservation. D'autre part le site de réservation annonce une distance de km d'Aurillac, la distance réelle est en fait du double. Il est bon de rester simple et honnête dans les descriptions.

Prachtig gelegen kasteeltje, bovenop heuvel met geweldig uitzicht! Wij sliepen in een nabijgelegen gebouw, hadden mooie familiekamer. Het zwembad is prima, evenals de maaltijden (voor franse begrippen zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet). Was eigenlijk allemaal goed, als ik iets moet noemen, de kamers zijn wat gehorig.

In 6 jaar tijd is het de tweede maal dat ik daar verblijf. In die tijdspanne is er zo goed als niets veranderd maar dat hoefde ook niet. Het hotel is voor een drie sterren poure klasse en de keuken in half pension is pure klasse. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en erg hulpvaardig. Zeer mooie lokatie in prachtige streek. Dit kasteel doe ik zeker nog eens aan. Bijna de perfectie en diegene die het tegendeel schrijven zijn volgens mij nog nooit op andere plaatsen geweest. regelmatig verblijf ik wereldwijd in de beste hotels en dit hotel past daar perfect bij.
