We had an evening meal at the hotel which was very nice .

We arrived at 11.30pm the lifts did not work and we had to carry our baggage up three flights of stairs and the lights did not work. They did exchange our room as I have a heart problem but on arrival after travelling all day it would have been good to have someone help with the luggage and there was a large ventilator on every balcony from the air conditioning which belted out warm air making it unable to sit on the balcony as the air temp. was already 32deg.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were good. Pool was a good size, clean and not to busy, although a few more sun beds would have been handy. We stayed in room 206 and found it comfortable, clean and well set out, with the kitchenette being useful for the few occasions we used it. Hotel is well located for access onto the A8 motorway for easy access to most of the Cote D'Zure.

Some communal areas of our block were in need of of minor redecoration.

The hotel has a beautiful restaurant/reception building right in front of the swimmingpool - very pretty. In the residences the rooms are not cleaned during the stay, but you get new towels and sheet once a week. The kitchen corner is very usefull and the balcony was a very cosy place. The food in the restaurant is very good, though you usually have to wait pretty long.

Very friendly welcoming, clean rooms yet not very large (but the space is very well used, so it does not feel too small). Location is a bit strange. Near to various shops. But appart from the hotel bar and restaurant, nothing else is in the neighbourhood. Large and clean swimming pool. Ten minute drive to the beach, 20 minute drive to Cannes and Grasse.

Cleanliness of our room was appalling. I have booked two bedroom apartment but there was no separate room for my children and they had to chare their bed.

Good position,free parking which could be the main problem in France ,relax athmosphere,kindly staff.

Cleaning could be better,changing of towells is neccesery.Why paying in advance ,take credit card number as evrywhere.

Nice appartments, nice surroundings, plenty of good emotions about the room capacity and backyard.

It was far from town. It was not clean. The staff was not even close to pleasant or easy to work with. A number of things in the room were not working. ie; Drainage and lights

Our hotel room was dirty and the whole hotel wing was in an urgent need of refurbishment. No internet in the room. No gym facilities available despite information that the hotel has its private gym.

Personnel un peu long à répondre au téléphone et aussi à la reception. L'établissemtn par ailleurs montre des signes de mauvais entretien alors qu'il s'agit d'un hotel récent.(voir les sanitaires, les pièces manquantes...) Ce qui gâche un peu le séjour .

Tranquilité, Piscine, Calme

Тишина, наличие кухни в номере, наличие бассейнаотель советую тем, для кого цена важнее, чем расстояние до центра города (около 5 км, на автобусе не меньше 20 минут, а после 10 вечера час моно ехать, т.к. из вечерних автобусов до отеля идет только 1 вроде бы, но мы его ни разу не дождались)

1. сделать цену завтрака более приемлемой, 2. хотелось бы чтобы заявленный wi-fi действительно был, 3. положить чашки в номер, а не предлагать пить кофе из суповых тарелок, 4. менять полотенца не 1 раз в 7 дней, а хотя бы раз в 4 дня, 5. содержать в большей чистоте территорию и корпуса, так чтобы в коридорах по нескольку дней не валялся строительный мусор, 6. администраторам выучить английский.
