It was far from town. It was not clean. The staff was not even close to pleasant or easy to work with. A number of things in the room were not working. ie; Drainage and lights |

Their was a relaxed feeling about the facility. The staff were friendly.The room was nice and clean and it had a lovely bar and terrace. The shuttle bus to Cannes Festival was very useful. The food took ages to come out when we ordered lunch (1.5hours!) The shuttle bus was great but it would have been much better if it did not stop for two hours at lunch time and if continued later in the evening that would be really helpful. Also there were some problems with the key card and we had to replace these several times. |

Free parking Our hotel room was dirty and the whole hotel wing was in an urgent need of refurbishment. No internet in the room. No gym facilities available despite information that the hotel has its private gym. |

Excellent rapport qualité/ prix pour le restaurant.Personnel accueillant. Propreté de la piscine et des espaces verts. Nous aurions aimé , même en formule résidentielle que le ménage soit fait au moins 1 fois et surtout que les serviettes soient changées. |

le décor des chambres, la situation de l'hotel et l'emplacement le service, 3 fois pour demander une télécommande. j'ai fait réservation sans mariage. en avoir un dans la résidence et de surcroit au pied de sa fenetre alors que dans la convention il est signifié qu'on ne doit pas faire de bruit !!! |

Die Anlage war sehr schön. Der Bereich ist nicht so stark belaufen. Es war eher eine private Atmosphäre. Die Suberleit und der Service waren nicht ausreichend. In der Zeit wurde weder das Bett gemacht, noch wurden Handtücher getauscht noch wurde das Zimmer gereinigt. Eine Bedienung außerhalb der Essenzeiten war nur nach Ansprache bereit Service zu leisten. Das Frühstück war das Geld nicht wert. |
