Ulrich Family with young children Bramming, Denmark September 23, 2011	The hotel is in a good position for travelers who drive in their own car, it is perfectly placed on the French Riviera for trips to the major cities. The hotel is in need of serious repairs and upgrades. It shows that it has not been prioritized to do it the last many years. The hotel had parties and weddings almost every night during our stay, if you need the hotel to be a place to reflect on what you have seen during the day, then it is not for you. The rooms are very small, we reserved the room for 2 people and a baby (<0 years), but when the baby bed was up, we could not get out of the door. Did you find this review helpful?	5
Leonardo Young couple Athens, Greece September 1, 2011	We liked the difference that the hotel had to provide. This is a typical getaway hotel for French people. I think that it is also booked by the month. Young people run it and are welcome to help you. Price was great so we couldnt have many complaints. Stayed there for two nights for a big tour to Cannes, Nice, Eze, and Monaco... If you have a car and a gps it is fine fot touring the surrounding areas! Food at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The cleansiness was a problem.. The room hadnt been used for a while and the bathroom had a smell (avoid room 705). Because of the price we didnt complaint, anyway my wife made it spotless and disinfected in minutes. English is also a problem but we got by ok due to my poor French. The rooms although compact had everything that was needed. . We had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend. My only poblem were that the cupboards in the kitchen area that housed the microwave were very high. This meant it was quite dangerous when trying to get hot food out of the microwave. The Wifi was free in the lounge, there was a balcony and kitchen, hot water did not run out. Didn't know the limitations of a residence vs. A hotel and missed the amenities of a hotel but it was fine - since I was there for longer than a week - the lack of someone cleaning was not a plus. Svetozar Group of friends Wien, Austria May 9, 2012	Das Hotel hat sich im Internet auf „Booking.com“ als sauber, komfortabel und von den Bildern her als sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und einem zweiten Zimmer (Wohn-Schlafzimmer) mit einem Ausziehbett für insgesamt 4 Personen, unter den O. G. Voraussetzungen gebucht. Tatsächlich war es dann so, dass das Doppelbett nicht einmal frisch überzogen war, es waren Urin- und Blutflecken auf den Bettlaken und die Bettwäsche wurde nach den vorherigen Gästen nicht frisch überzogen. Das Ausziehbett brach in sich zusammen, als wir uns nur draufsetzten, da alle Schrauben gelockert waren. Weiters war das Zimmer, so wie die anderen Gäste es verlassen haben, ungereinigt. Die Badewanne war ebenfalls verschmutzt und die Schrankgriffe waren teilweise lose. Es fanden sich auch Spinnen und andere kleine Tierchen im Zimmer. Wir haben das bei der Rezeption sofort reklamiert. Uns wurde dann ein gleichwertiges Zimmer - wie eben beschrieben - gezeigt, welches wir aus den gleichen Gründen natürlich ebenfalls ablehnen mussten. Wir versuchten bei der Rezeption, aus den genannten Gründen, zu stornieren, wurden aber nur angeschrieen und in französischer Sprache beschimpft. Darauf hin wollten wir die Managerin des Hotels sprechen, diese war jedoch nur telefonisch erreichbar und hat mich am Telefon ebenfalls angeschrieen und meinte nur, dass die € 399,-- abgebucht werden und wir dagegen nichts unternehmen könnten. Les residences sont jolies mais les espaces sont mesquins. Dans une cuisine equipee pour quatre, meme pas une casserole de taille adaptee! Lempersonnel etait tre gentil et visiblement gene par les deceptions que nous vivions les unes sur les autres! Panne d eau chaude des le premier bain Panne de la machine a laver la vaisselle Le refrigerateur congelait tout Il y avait une forte odeur de fumee La residence sert de "HLM" et la plupart des apartements sont loues au mois a des personnesqui y font leur vie quotidienne, ce qui est normal mais cela implique chaine hifi a fond a minuit, du verre brise sur les chemins,etc Did you find this review helpful?	5

Amoureux des résidences villages des années 70 vous serez comblés. La chambre dans laquelle nous avons grelotté toute la nuit était d'une propreté douteuse et les équipements basiques. Nizza, Cannes, Frejus, Monaco, St.Tropez usw sind alle im zeitraum von ca. einer Stunde erreichbar. Letztes Jahr gab es noch in allen Zimmern LAN Anbindung. Dieses Jahr gab es nur einen HotSpot im Restaurant und 30m Umgebung. Es war nicht möglich einen Sonnenschirm für den Balkon, der ab 10Uhr morgens der der prallen Sonne ausgesetzt war, aufzutreiben.
