The hotel is in a good position for travelers who drive in their own car, it is perfectly placed on the French Riviera for trips to the major cities.

The hotel is in need of serious repairs and upgrades. It shows that it has not been prioritized to do it the last many years. The hotel had parties and weddings almost every night during our stay, if you need the hotel to be a place to reflect on what you have seen during the day, then it is not for you. The rooms are very small, we reserved the room for 2 people and a baby (<0 years), but when the baby bed was up, we could not get out of the door.

Very preety hotel with great ambient. The room was not big but was good enough. The continental breakfast for 5€ is well worth it.

It could have been cleaner but nothing to be scared about.

I wa extremely impressed with the overall look of the hotel. The grounds and pool were attractive to look at and well kept. The rooms although compact had everything that was needed. . We had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

My only poblem were that the cupboards in the kitchen area that housed the microwave were very high. This meant it was quite dangerous when trying to get hot food out of the microwave. I think they were aimed at guests who were 6ft plus. Other than that there was nothing I could fault.

The staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful where possible. The Wifi was free in the lounge, there was a balcony and kitchen, hot water did not run out.

Didn't know the limitations of a residence vs. A hotel and missed the amenities of a hotel but it was fine - since I was there for longer than a week - the lack of someone cleaning was not a plus.

Joli bâtiment exterieur

Très déçue de mon court séjour : chambre qui a vu passer au moins 40 000 personnes, pas du tout entretenue ( porte entre salle de bain et chambre avec trace de coup, traces noires sur les murs, rideaux gris sales et poisseux, moquette tachée).Wifi non disponible dans les chambres, seulement au bar. Plus de petit déjeuner servi depuis le 1er octobre... En bref, cette résidence ne mérite pas trois étoiles.

Le personnel de la résidence est très agréable et à l'écoute de la clientèle, le ménage est bien fait, les studios sont bien agencés...

A noter, le problème pour trouver un emplacement de parking, surtout le soir... Des personnes extérieures viennent se restaurer et se garent à l'intérieur de l'établissement, les clients qui ont leur chambre ne trouvent parfois aucune place de stationnement, même à l'extérieur ! D'autres personnes, mais en journée viennent pour profiter de la piscine gratuitement et là se pose pour les clients de l'hôtel le problème notamment des transats ou autres places pour profiter pleinement du séjour !

Chambre, design et propre, au décor à thème ( cinéma pour notre part ) . Micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, frigo, plaque chauffante se cachent dans un meuble pratique, joli et efficace . 2 serviettes de toilette par personne. Clim et télé à ecran plat. Comme quoi on peut faire du bon à un prix très raisonnable.

Unfreundliches Personal schmutzige Zimmer (Teile der Anlage werden mittlerweile dauervermietet; entsprechend ist die "Aussicht". Chaotische vollbeladene Balkone. Parkplätze standen so gut wie nie zur Verfügung. Pool U. Liegestühle waren nicht zugänglich; auf Anfrage wurde nur knapp mitgeteilt, es sei jetzt "Winter" (wir hatten 30-35 ° vom 24.9.-30.9.). Lt. Prospekt U. auslage im Zimmer sollte der Pool bis vom 1.5.-30.9. geöffnet sein. An fast allen Abenden zu laute Musik bis 1 Uhr nachts.

Facile a trouver,lieu magnifique,au calme,appart superbement decore,et surtout le restaurant la GALLERY,exceptionel a refaire pour un prix exceptionel aussi Fabuleux........

Cadre agréable, calme.

Attention, cet hôtel est dans la partie ouest du Cannet à 8 km de la vieille ville. Prévoir un itinéraire (compliqué) ou prendre un bus.
