Stunning site and atmosphere. Like being a feudal lord
Location House Staff Food
Location good, Accom good, facilities good, Food good, price reasonable. Staff very pleasant, helpful. Parking ample.
The hotel is ok if a little on the expensive side. The food in the restaurant however is exceptional.
Looking a bit shabby for such an expensive hotel.
Beautiful Chateau Very nice and helpful staff
The mote needs a bit of attention
Everything from the welcome to the departure, there is nothing to fault this place on.
Quiet location, excellent food, nice rooms (we stay in the Orangery), pleasant staff.
Gourmet evening meal the location the ambience the helpfulness of staff
the breakfast was ordinary
Everything - a great three days.
The hotel is a fabulous place to stay with genteel comfort from a byegone age. The restaurant provided us with a perfect meal and the staff were attentive but not intrusive. Excellent breakfast.
Freshly renovated, quiet rooms in the Orangerie. Very quick, efficient check-in and check-out. Very good restaurant.
Very poor Wifi
friendly staff beautiful surroundings
no aircon, no fan restaurant too expensive kind of spooky
Beautiful building, very nicely decorated. Great service
Chateaux was beautiful with tasteful decor. Restaurant food was excellent as was the service. The staff were all extremely helpful and overall enjoyed our stay
Spa was extra, lack of English TV channels very poor. Expensive breakfast with very little choice
Lovely grounds, helpful staff, pretty good restaurant nice rooms and lounges.
poor internet, high prices
A return visit. The setting is fantastic with beautiful grounds. Rooms are comfortable and the restaurant is excellent. Staff are very helpful.
We enjoyed the eccentric quirkiness of the decor. The peace and quiet of the place is super. It is a miniature Versailles but the moat still leaks! Staff attentive and pleasant. Restaurant efficiently run with superb dishes. Wines were matched to each course - a revelation!
The price, but we keep going back!
Large room. Comfortable beds. Grounds of the Chateau were amazing. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Did not restock breakfast without being asked and at the price they charged is unacceptable. Gastronomy dinner was good food, but very long (3hrs) and a bit over priced.
Lovely property with great grounds. The room was large and comfortable.
Wifi was too slow to use
Beautiful setting Lovely building Friendly & Efficient Staff Excellent Food
Rather too many children in push chairs somewhat spoilt the ambience for me.
Good stop off place on way south following early afternoon crossing from UK. Great location near Epernay in heart of champagne region. Very good restaurant clean and comfortable rooms. Interesting building and setting
Getting a bit tired but ok for next year of so
Location Peace and quiet Old chateau On site first class restaurant which was good value for money
Could not close curtains in bedroom so early to rise since light came in. Cheap plastic containers for body wash and shampoo - one of each and attached to wall. Water filling moat, loudly, all night. Being asked to pay extra,18 euros per person, for breakfast. (We went into Epernay.)
Beauyt old chateau, but poor condition. Big room, big nice badroom. Feel you are the quen and king.
Old bed and very old poor carpet. The furniter were old and worn. Windows and room have not been paint in many many year. The breakfast coast 18 euro, nice champagne but noting was home made. Not good to the price. Do not use the spa - cost 18 euro.
The historical location, the grounds, the chateau itself, the dinner and the breakfast brought to the bedroom..!
The booking for dinner was very busy so we had to wait 20mins before an order was taken after which all was perfect. An apology was made for the delay and we had free drinks before the meal was served which helped us over the delay which perhaps could have been better managed.
Setting superb Restaurant fabulous. Well looked after.
Did not see Some of the staff break into a smile while we were there!!
