Loved staying here - Loved the ambience of the rooms and lounge and the overall outlook from the hotel

Prices in the restaurant are quite expensive

The free room upgrade was positive.

Price vs Quality is the worst expierenced so far! For 2 nights I paid 1450 EUR for 2 standard rooms (210E/ room), breakfast, and dinner. A total rip-off! At breakfast e.g. the salmon was drying out on the corners for being displayed for many days without refreshing, the fruit salad was not fresh, scrambled eggs were the worst ever seen, to name a few... At dinner we were served by a female Charlie Chaplin and a 16 yrs old boy who hardly spoke English. The place is no 4-star worthy, an antique building has its charm, but losses it instantly when it is not well preserved! E.g. amenities like hair-dryers are and look older then my mother, old stains are all over the bathroom, the Spa/pool is out-dated, and the property seriously needs a paint job. All in all, a big disappointment!

While a little pricey, the hotel offers an unusual experience in staying at a chateau in the middle of a lovely wine region. We received a room upgrade at no additional charge and our stay proved to be quite comforatble. The setting of the hotel is superb, on a hill overlooking the town and in the middle of vineyards. The excellent spa was an unexpected surprise

The chateau restaurant was a disaster for us. While the quality of the food was excellent, the service was abominable. First there was a mix-up on our order. When the wrong dish was presented, the server had the nerve to ask if we were sure we had not ordered it. At least the correct dish was promptly provided. Secondly, we are used to spending considerable time at table to enjoy a leasurely meal, but three hours to serve essentially three courses!! The final insult was the bill. Not only did it include the dish we had not ordered, but they double charged for a cheese course that was included with a menu selection. The attempted overcharge came to nearly 50 Euros. Tip? Forget it.The only bright spot was the sommelier who made an excellent wine recommendation.

Staff very friendly. Marvelous setting - stunning views over the village and the Rhine valley. Food is excellent both at dinner and breakfast with food and wine locally sourced.

Die Lage des Hauses mitten in den Weinbergen und unsere Suite war gut.

Horrende Preise für Speisen und Getränke, z.B. €24/Pers. für Frühstück oder für ein Glas Riesling von nur 0,1 L € 7,00 abzurechnen ist deutlich überzogen.

Restaurant : pas aussi gastronomique et beaucoup trop cher

L'hotel est très bien situé dans le 68, a proximité de grandes villes comme colmar ou mulhouse. Dans l'hôtel, le restaurant est facilement accessible, il y a un spa, sauna et un hammam ou le personnel est au petit soin, l'acces aux bien être est compris dans la prix de la chambre, du coup de 12h à 20h les accès sont gratuits. Le personnel est jeune et dynamique, très accueillant, ils se plient en quatre afin de répondre àaux besoins. Bar -restaurant-spa-massages-achats de cadeaux... Bain dans les chambres salle de bains séparée.rapport qualite-prix excellent.

La décoration est très jolie mais vite oprressante, toile dans les chambres et vieux mobilier d'époque, moquete par terre, bonjour les allergies. Notre chambre était située au dessus de la chaufferie. -15 degré la nuit, la chaudière ronflait toute la nuit et faisait un bruit énorme, du coup pas moyen de dormir. Le lendemain, coupure d'electricité et d'eau, pas de chasse d'eau pour les toilettes, pendant plus d'une heure. Le petit déjeuner à été servi au restaurant qui se situe à l'extérieur de l'hotel, donc 8h du matin dire bonjour à monsieur Froid. L'établissement vends des cigares alors qu'il est totalement non fumeur. Pas une pièce accessible aux fumeurs.

Les matelas des lits trop mou

Perfekter Service auf Fünfsterne-Niveau. Gepflegte Inneneinrichtung. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Exzellente Zimmerausstattung - ideal für ein romantisches Wochenende im entsprechenden Ambiente. Der Ortskern von Rouffach ist in angenehmer Spaziergangs-Distanz und die Lage inmitten der Weinberge unübertrefflich. Das Châeau erfüllt auch die Anforderungen an ein wirkliches Silence-Hotel. Meine Hochachtung!

Nörgler könnten hier den Sturmwind erwähnen, doch das Hotel ist nicht für das Wetter verantwortlich. Und sich biegende Bäume werten den Blick aus dem Fenster eines Märchenschlosses zumindest aus der Perspektive eines ewiggestrigen Romantikers sogar auf.

Une discothèque située près du château, provoquait trop de nuisances, mais l'hôtel nous a dedomagé!
