friendly staff, not so expensive, clean rooms, no problems after i called for late arrival. gave my reservations and immediately i got the keys to the room. i booked 3 rooms and requested rooms nearby and got an attached room and the opposite room. free wi-fi. 10 min walk from RER station.

The breakfast is good

The lock of the door was not working properly for days. They said that they were going to send the a person to fix it, but he never came.

Very good for a cheap holiday with basic conditions. Even if the hotel is placed very close to a highway, in the room was not noisy at all.

Good value for the money, friendly staff.

If you consider it in the frame of "cheap beds" everything was OK ! Included breakfast at this price, what do you want more ?

Nothing. We checked out after one night stay. The front desk person was very dishonest.

The place is so filthy! It was noisy - with women/whores moaning/screaming in 2 rooms the whole night (they were having group sex/gang banging). There is no phone in the rooms.

The price was Ok and the staff did their best. If the expectations are not high and for a low budget, the hotel is Ok.

The cleanliness was poor, the breakfast also and the location is not great. It's true that near the hotel (5 - 7 minutes of walking) you can find a big Carrefour and other stores but if you want to go to visit Paris you spent minimum 40 minutes traveling by RER. The RER station is situated at 15 minutes walking. Also the hotel is hard to reach if you come from highway.

Good value for money overnight stay....

1.50 Euro per night extra parking charge although it is a secure compound, no plug for the bath ( so used the soap provided as a plug ) its says the rooms are sound proof which they are from the busy motorway outside ( cant hear any traffic noise), from the inside you can hear clearly the people in the next room.... Wifi not brilliant but had worse in other Hotels... Breakfast very basic french stick bread jam cereal coffee or tea, orange juice.. No ham or cheese which is not normal for hotels in France ????? but they did have a toaster but no bread to put into the toaster ( strange )

Cheap Beds Rosny-Paris was reassuringly equipped with tidy room and full ensuite facilities. The stafff were friendly and helpful. Getting into central Paris was very convenient and there were various local shops etc. so you didn't have to go far to get any provisions.

One of the cleaning staff should was using an unrinsed cloth to clean the tables one morning. He didn't seem aware, despite the smell, that it needed a bit of a rinse to continue. The rest of the staff were good.

Price was very good and included breakfast which was great and their was a variety of breakfast item.room was spacious.for a budget hotel it was definitely value for money.parking was €1.50 per day which was excellent.Staff very friendly and accommodating.Room we stayed in was clean.location was great as there was a big shopping mall within 4 mins of walk.Paris only 20 mins away by car which was great.For those who wishes to a cheap holiday, this hotel is well worth it.

The location of the hotel is very good if you are with the car and want to visit Disneyland Paris or Asterix park.

Excellent staff in the reception, very good location for trips (center, Disneyland, Versailles), good accessibility by car with symbolic parking fee, 10 min. To the rer station (adult one way 2,5 €, child half price), very big shopping center, best price for good hotel with the super breakfast. Thank you so much

Very good location if you have a car. Easy to get to Disneyland and Versailles. Would not recommend to drive into central Paris. The traffic is crazy and if you drive the wrong way it`s nearly impossible to find your way out, there is no where to stop. The access however is very good, the highway is just a right turn up from the hotel. You do need a good map, good driving directions or a gps! We came to Cheap Beds hotel after a major problem with another hotel. Booking.com really helped us in the best way possible and we were very pleased with this hotel and the staff. They speak god english, which unfortunately is very rare in Paris. Very good with a 24-hour reception also. Comfy beds and clean. Microwave in the lobby if you want to heat up your own food! I can recommend this hotel!!

If you are sensitive to noise I might ad that there is rather busy traffic outside. It didn´t bother me or my family. We slept with open windows and we slept like babies.

Reasonably priced. Helpful staff. Good size room. Good breakfast.

Location not ideal. 15 minute walk to the nearest train station, then about 30 minutes on the metro to the centre of Paris. Bathroom was a bit smelly.

The magnetic card key system is boring because you can predict when is discharged and you always need to call on the reception for a card replacement. The room was meant to be for non-smokers but the bathroom still stinks cigarattes
