when arriving late at beauvais airport friendly staff will make you lite snack . only 20 mins. by local bus to airport, across the road from train station to paris etc.

very comfortable room/ assist manager very obliging

would have liked blackout curtains in room

costs about 15 euros to get from the airport to the hotel by taxi. train station is right across the street so we were able to walk there within minutes!

shower is a bit awkward to use

Central location right next to the Railway Station. Great Algerian Restaurant within 1 minutes walk from the Hotel.

Good suggestion for the Kiosque restaurant ; breakfast with eggs and bacon facilities

temperature too hot ; no possibility to fix the shower tub ; bed comfort to be significantly improved ; no space in the bath room to drop bath room equipment of customers

The location was close to the airport.

Grotty in need of refurbishment. Staff were appalling. Have never met a more rude night porter. Rooms tired. Carpet in hallway filthy. Smell of stale smoke also in hallway and rooms. Completely overpriced.

Perfect location and very easy access to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very fast internet.

The personnel.

To warm in the room and too noisy to keep the window open. A carpet that covered the whole floor and smelling of tobacco. No restaurant and nothing to eat at the hotel. Very disappointing. The first hotel we have booked via Booking.com that has been really bad.

Was a great stay, loved the cathedral and the xmas market. We had ryanair flight to catch early in the morning and it was very convenient.

Good location, easy to get to the BVA airport.

Stayed in a room for 4-5 persons. Very simple (or even poor) surroundings and ventilation in the room. No coffe/tea makers. Hotel staff quite helpful, but difficult to communicate - very little speak English. Seems to be too expensive. Hotel Balladins Beauvais has a better ratio of quality, comfort and price.

I liked the hotel's closeness to the train station and to the airport shuttle- bus stop. I also liked the painted color scheme of the room.

The hallway of the floor I roomed on was very dark at afternoon check-in, and it was in total darkness when I started to leave in the morning - I couldn't even see the door of the neighboring rooms. After guessing my way toward the elevator, I felt on the wall for a light switch and was able to turn the light on to see the elevator call button. The hotel offered no kind of refreshments in the room, no coffee, tea, or ice bucket; no toiletries either. The wash basin faucet spewed water on my clothes when turned on; it seemed to need removal and cleaning of the nozzle tip. I think there was an issue with the bathtub faucet as well.

Its location: right opposite the Beauvais train station and within easy walking distance of the bus station which made travelling by public transportation very easy. Also, the Number 12 bus from the airport stops at the train station.

We were on the third floor and the walls were very thin: even with earplugs we had a sleepless night listening to the noise of the elevator (way down the hall from us) and the comings and goings of other hotel guests (including their use of bathrooms!) In the early hours of the morning, traffice outside the train station increases - and this only added to the noise levels. Would never stay there again.

Close to the Train station, ideal place for us since we need to go to the airport from Paris for a next day flight. Room is tidy, the guys in the reception are ready to give us help.

Very close to railway station and good point for early morning flight for nearby airport because bus and taxi station is just 50 meters away.

A litle bit nosisy because the pub is in the lobby of hotel.

Close proximity to rail, airport shuttle & taxis. Shopping centre and tourist places within a comfortable walk. Typical European breakfast on offer; just acceptable in quality & range. Room size also typical of many European boutique hotels

Furnishings were "well used" but satisfactory given pricing

Good location, room facilities were good for 1 night. Staff were delightful.

The room was noisy as it backed onto the main road adjacent to the train station, the window had to remain open as there was no air-conditioning. Breakfast offered eggs & bacon and these were put out for me along with an electric hob on wheels-then the staff left without saying a word! It was self cook, a bit strange for a £12 breakfast that was otherwise mediocre. Beauvais is a lovely town with good facilities/attractions but unfortunately if the wind blows in a particular direction you have the pervading smell of Sulphur from a local sponge producing factory which is awful.

The rooms were much better than expected from the appearance on the outside and the lobby. Very comfortable and clean

Woman on front desk when we cjecked in wasnt helpful at all, however subsequent changes in staff were much improved and willing to help

The breakfast was very nice. It was in a nice area, opposite a little park. We felt safe there and it was opposite a late night bar. Very easy to find. Nice big room

The bathroom was tiny. The receptonist was very offhand with us initally, although he did warm up. He didn't volunteer that there was a private carpark for guests at the back, despite the fact that we had a 10 minute conversation about where I could park and he directed me to the parking meters at the front. These you could park at for 2 hours from 8:30 which meant you had to move the car at 10:30. We had to keep going back to ask for things. Where are the cooked eggs and bacon (these had to be cooked to order, but there was no-one in the dining room). The hot chocolate had run out, so I had to go and ask for that. I just felt he could have been a lot more helpful especially as we arrived late at night with 3 children.

The closeness to the train & airport was convenient but it was a very nice place. The staff were friendly & professional, the room comfortable and clean and the proximtry to the Cathedral & town were great.
