Ideal location when heading south or north past Langres - not in the town but easy to find on the road to Nancy. We received a friendly welcome and the owner offered to let us park our car in the private area at the back for no extra charge - so many hotels will add extra for use of their private parking. The room was adequate for one night - warm and clean if in need of some refurbishment but for the price it was perfect. The restaurant was very pleasantly decorated and had good value menus (from 12.50 for 3 courses at lunch, 16.50 for the value menu in the evening) and the portions were very substantial - nice touches such as the amuse-bouche of pigeon terrine with a slice of smoked duck breast, local wine, home made terrine of duck and foie gras (delicious!), a casserole of biche in a rich sauce was very substantiial as was the lamb shank - so full of flavour. A place to revisit for sure - if you are fussy about room decor then go to another place and pay 3 times the price - on booking.com we had a double room for 40 euros - the in-hotel price was 65.

The room could have done with some modernising but we had a good night's sleep and it was perfectly adequate for a one night stay.

Was closed on arrival. Room small. Price expensive compared to other overnight stops. Breakfast poor with no service, Tables not even set, a complete do it yourself job. Very steep stairs.

This was a beautiful location, and very welcoming and hospitable staff. The nearby countryside, with wonderful views of the city of Langres and nearby villages, was really unforgettable.

The hotel is in a very pretty village. The staff were excellent. Bedrooms small but adequate. Small staircase and no lift. The food was very very good with many locals in the restaurant. Would stay there again just for the food alone.

Wie have Realy a nice stay!!

It was an good value hotel which was ideal for an over night stop over on the way to the French Alps. The food was pretty good. Overall, good value.

My only negative comment was the actual bedroom itself. The ceiling paper was in danger of falling off ! Apart from that the room was Ok. Toilet and bathroom were nice and clean.

vierpersoonskamer met een slaapbank die zeer slecht ligt. Geen oog dichtgedaan. Had net zo goed door kunnen rijden zonder deze stop te maken. Ook vrij gehorig hotel, aan doorgaande weg met continu verkeer.

Notre chambre de 4 personnes était située juste à coté d'une route nationale. Trés difficile de trouver le sommeil. Nous avions l'impression que les camions traversaient notre chambre.
