Hotel Center Strasbourg  

Very friendly. Exhotelsin cellent breakfast, bath tub ( these are not available in hotels in Denmark, or elsewhere or our travel -only showers), well positioned (we needed to get to and from the station easily) , very good value for momey, very helpful in accomodating our late arrival. If we are travelling from Denmamark to Spain / France, we usually make a break in Paris, but the hotel / Strassbourg provided a very good breaking point and we shall do this again. Next time we shall try andgive ourszelvesmore time to look around the city.

Sounds of trams early in the morning woke us up.

I asked for a room with a balcony and didn't get one although my colleague who was there for the same nights received a room with a small porch although she had not asked for one. When I discovered this and complained, one of the receptionists was trying to tell me in a very condescending manner how this was because it was a parliamentary session and all rooms had been booked. Also, it was very difficult to connect to the wifi everyday and when I asked for help, I got the same less than helpful responses. And when I managed to connect, the connection was awful. Basically not worth the high price which does not even include breakfast.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and functional.

The room was very small (e.g. door couldn't be completely opened). There was only half of the dividing wall of the bath tub, so the water splashed on the floor while taking a shower. Additionally the room was very dark due to the window heading towards the courtyard.

The only two good things about the hotel was the helpful staff that was in the late night shift and the location which is close to the center.

The man on the desk with the late night shift was the only very friendly among the staffs, he was able to give us all the information we needed, and he was very helpful, the price that I paid for the room was higher than the price written on the check in desk for the room they gave me and they said that during this month the prices change, knowing that I booked 3 months before. The room is very small for the price I paid for a 3 stars hotel, no bathtub , the curtain glass for the shower do not close. The double bed is slightly bigger from the single bed, no refrigerator in the room, the turn the heat off after 1.00 am , it was 1 degree outside.

We had a beautiful, charming room, 4th floor, overlooking the river and the city with a magnificent view. Hotel personnel were courteous, very helpful and available. Breakfast was ok but a bit pricey for a continental breakfast.

As there is no restaurant/bar except for breakfast room, a mini bar in the room is essential and wasn't available. Also, it was hard to get enough hot water for a shower. Twin beds should be separated by a little night stand not shoved together

We had a lovely room. It was short walking distance from railway station. It was very quiet at night and central for shopping and restaurants. We would recommend it. We did not have breakfast in hotel as we thought it was a bit pricy at 12 euro each.

Good, nice, and large room, toilet uncomfortable - your hardly can sit - but otherwise definitely to recommend.

Other than very limited parking - the hotel was perfect. Excellent location on the edge of the city center which is both beautiful and historic. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and the room was clean. Who could ask for more?
