Very central for walking all round Nice. Good size room with lovely bathroom and shower. Nice sitting area in room. Good breakfast. |

We stayed in a Double Room for 3 consecutive nights and found the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a convenient location which is within walking distance to some scenic places and popular tourist areas. The room was cleaned every day and it came with 'free' WiFi which was great. The breakfast (included) has some variety and luckily we didn't experience those previous 'adverse' observations regarding the lack of food and messy tables. The carpark (at cost) in the adjacent building was also a great bonus if you come by car with some luggages. It was a bit unfortunate that the orange juicer went out of order on our second day of visit; otherwise, we can have real fresh orange juice every morning! |

The staff were very good and very helpful. The location was excellent for our needs, The only thing was there was no ice available. My wife likes her diet coke with lots of ice and we had to go out to find ice cubes. |

That it was near the Gare Routiere. The rooms were poorly designed with little storage space and were in desperate need of re-painting. |

location of the hotel Not possible to open the window especially when weather is nice outside. Not facilities for a hot drink around 9 or 10 pm. All water pots empty or contained cold water! |

The staff was outstanding. They went out of their way to help with anything that they could. The location was good for a city stay. The room and hallways were worn and in need of painting and cleaning. |

Included breakfast that was quite good. Staff and rude and at time incompetant. It took them close to an hour to have us check out (30 minutes the night before, and when that didnt work, 30 more minutes the next morning). They rudely told us they did not provide extra towels when we asked for one more. Their computer broke down at one point and the man staffing it started to swear at it in French (knowing that I spoke and understood it) in front of me. |

The beds and the bathroom were excellent. No disturbances at night. At breakfast sometimes very crowded and difficult to find place to sit and food to eat due to the sudden arrival of all travellers of one or two "touring buses". Mostly though pleasant at breakfast. |

The possibility of a parking space at the hotel was a big plus. The hotel is situated just round the corner from the Vieux Port and Vieux Nice is only a 10 minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Nice. Nothing fancy but everything was clean and the buffet breakfast was good. |

Staff was perfect,they helped us about the details.The room was very clean, and cuter than what it looks like on the photos.The decoration and the design of the room was very nice.And all these specials are coming with a perfect price.We had a great time and recommend this hotel to everyone. |

The location. It is very convenient for the Old Town,the main bus station & tram stops. Place Garibaldi is also within easy walking distance as are some reasonably priced (for Nice) bistros eg. Vieux Four, Villa Soristo, La Grange. The rooms are comfortable for the price paid. The Reception staff are helpful.The decor is bright & it is clean. The breakfast service was extremely poor. Every morning the tables were left uncleared & the buffet breakfast was always left unstocked, the staff rarely replaced items & usually started clearing away what was left of the buffet before the breakfast times were finished. We stayed 1 week and did not have our bedlinen changed once,although towels were changed daily. |
