ホテルのスタッフが親切で感じが良かった

部屋に冷蔵庫がありませんでしたが、自動販売機が各フロアについているので、問題ありませんでした。駐車場- も隣接しているので便利です。個人的には利用していませんが、小さい子供向けのサービスが充実しているよう- です。

コストパフォーマンスは最高です。旧市街に近く便利です。朝食がとても充実しています。部屋もとても清潔で- きれいです。Best Costperformance !! Wonderful !!

Big rooms accomodating families with small children. Friendly staff. No smoking in all rooms.

Very central for walking all round Nice. Good size room with lovely bathroom and shower. Nice sitting area in room. Good breakfast.

We stayed in a Double Room for 3 consecutive nights and found the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a convenient location which is within walking distance to some scenic places and popular tourist areas. The room was cleaned every day and it came with 'free' WiFi which was great. The breakfast (included) has some variety and luckily we didn't experience those previous 'adverse' observations regarding the lack of food and messy tables. The carpark (at cost) in the adjacent building was also a great bonus if you come by car with some luggages.

It was a bit unfortunate that the orange juicer went out of order on our second day of visit; otherwise, we can have real fresh orange juice every morning!

A good location, reasenable price, good service, nice stuff, good breakfast buffet, free internet & wi fi, covered parking excellent.

The staff were very good and very helpful. The location was excellent for our needs,

The only thing was there was no ice available. My wife likes her diet coke with lots of ice and we had to go out to find ice cubes.

That it was near the Gare Routiere.

The rooms were poorly designed with little storage space and were in desperate need of re-painting.

Not possible to open the window especially when weather is nice outside. Not facilities for a hot drink around 9 or 10 pm. All water pots empty or contained cold water!

Included breakfast that was quite good.

Staff and rude and at time incompetant. It took them close to an hour to have us check out (30 minutes the night before, and when that didnt work, 30 more minutes the next morning). They rudely told us they did not provide extra towels when we asked for one more. Their computer broke down at one point and the man staffing it started to swear at it in French (knowing that I spoke and understood it) in front of me.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The location was perfect.The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.
