The free breakfast offered to us as an apology because we had been treated so rudely when we arrived late the night before. The beds were very comfortable. Warning The booking .com reference does not work the auto booking in the hotel if you arrive late , we had to disturb the manageress when we arrived late at 2230 on a Friday obviously she was not happy. However it does not excuse how rudely she treated us, I was shocked but at least she apologised the next day. We were then given the wrong room a twin instead of a double so we had to disturb her again. The rate appeared a cheap rate but actually was the normal weekend rate. Bathroom had cobwebs in !

Discretion of the cleaning staff, disponibility of the only receptionnist staff. The very strong and disturbing smell of tobacco in my room arriving in a booked "no-smoking room" with the sign on the door. No shampoo and no toilet brush is no confort in such hotel whatever the reasons can be.

Le calme,malgré la proximité de l'A 104 (Francilienne ) . La qualité du couchage. Nous avons bien dormi ! Cet hotel a un vêcu ! une petite restauration serait la bienvenue notamment au niveau des moquettes !...

Chambre spacieuse et confortable Beaucoup de bruit. Nous avons eu le droit, à un groupe de jeunes russes qui ont séjournés dans l'hôtel. Beaucoup de bruits dans la nuit, claquement de portes. Notre enfant âgée de 2 ans s'est réveillée plusieurs fois et n'avons pu trouver sommeil qu'à 2 heures du matin.

La courtoisie du personnel. Il est inacceptable, dans une chambre double, que les toilettes ne soient pas équipées d'une brosse W.C. Ceci est extrêmement désobligeant pour la personne qui vous accompagne. Après demande à la femme de chambre, la seule solution trouvée a été une boîte de gants jetables qu'elle a déposée dans la salle de bains pour nous permettre d'assurer nous-mêmes la propreté des toilettes avec des gants au lieu des mains nues.... Voilà qui décote terriblement la qualité de l'hôtel.

Mobilier des chambres en mauvais état, moquette tachée et prise de courant en nombre insufisant et dont 2 sur 3 ne fonctionnent pas. néanmoins cela reste un hotel plutot agréable.
