Walking distance from Eurostar station; right in the heart of city, proximity to shops restaurants and sight seeing, yet still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. those who have complained on the website about the small bathrooms - what were you expecting??!! Bathrooms are on the small size but perfectly adequate and commensurate with the star rating of the hotel, and the price paid.

Walking distance for everything

Car parking. You reserve your place before arrival. Good idea but the system falls down when another car is in your designated place. You check with the carpark staff who tell you where to park. Then the hotel phone you to move the car . The two places should work together. The car park on this occasion was nearly empty so it would not have mattered where you parked for a few night hours. We were phoned 4 times the last one midnight

The hotel is located very close to the city center, and has a parking deck across the street from the location.

Our hotel room's bathroom flooded our room and hotel hallway when my husband took a shower. We were given a new room, and paid the same price. Then the lift broke.

Easy access from Eurostar; easy access to shopping, Old Town and sightseeing. Wonderful to have duvets on the beds! Staff very helpful over luggage storage prior to late evening train.

Lift not good if claustrophobic - tiny!

There must be a source of mosquitoes round the back of the hotel. I made the mistake of opening the windows in the evening and I ended up with atleast 20 mosquitoes bites. The step up to the toilet is inappropriate and very uncomfortable.

Location excellent, just a few yards to main square on foot, and dozens of restaurants nearby. Car park directly opposite, and staff very helpful about using this. Bed clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet.

Room cramped and corridors distinctly shabby. Some mould on shower grouting and room generally needed a smartening of decoration. Also very dark though quiet at back of hotel.

This hotel is really central, you can walk to restaraurants and bars in minutes. There is parking opposite the hotel which costs 12 euro for 24 hours. Good breakfast although not sure I would have paid for it had it not been included in the room price.

The room we had was really tiny, but very clean and excellent value for money.

Small basic room with no view

The staff were very helpful, the facilities quite satisfactory for a short stay. The location was convenient. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. It was very useful to have a place to sit in the reception area and access to the internet. Overall it was good value for money.
