Staff was excellent, very helpful and polite. Location is good, very central and there is an airport bus a 5 minute walk away. The rate was "cheap" for Paris. Maybe "cheap" for Paris but are still paying a lot for very basic budget hotel. Internet photos made the hotel seem much more charming than it actually was. I was a bit disappointed by the accomodations. |

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of room and impressed by the friendliness of the staff. We were aware of the superb location. This quite a tired hotel and this is reflected by the attractive room rate. No complaints! |

The place is in the center of shopping area, restaurant and tourist attractions. Some of the staff are not kind enough to accommodate our needs. One staff in the reception told us not to eat in the room. |

The location was good for exploring the city. The room was clean and the bathroom was good. One of the receptionists was quite rude and abrupt, the other staff were good. The fridge in our room did not work so the drinks were all warm. Eventually they had it replaced but it seemed too much trouble. The room was very small. |

Actually, the room I slept on the first night was too noisy for me until midnight (~3:30 am) because of the neighboring live house. Of course, someone may enjoy the "noise" as "sound of the life in Paris", but I asked for a more quiet room. The second room they offered me was very comfortable. |

A very convenient position, close to the Opera metro (one escalator emerges only 20 yards from the hotel), and within easy walking distance of the Louvre, the Palais Royal etc. A typical Parisian small hotel - decent bedrooms and breakfast and not much else, but very adequate for what we wanted. The Wifi was useful, the TV had CNN on it but not BBC. Friendly and helpful reception. |

Excellent location!!! We slept in many hotels in Paris before and next time we are going to come back to this one as it's great balance between the price and the quality. Plus the location! It has a cute lift (extremely tiny - worth seeing :-) As in many hotels in Paris, the only channel in English was CNN, it would be nice if we had a few more British ones, but at the end we didn't go to Paris to watch TV... |

A location of this hotel is the best of all the hotels I have stayed in Paris over 9 times. Most of places I wanted to visit this time was in a walking distance. A room was big enough for a single use. It is a bit shabby for a three star-hotel, but it was nice to have a room with airconditioning and bathtub in a quiet side of the hotel. A night shift middle aged male staff was not friendly. I was told off when I asked him more queistons. He was on the phone with someone he has known, but not with a customer..... When I asked him about a bank location, he said that he did not know without trying to find out for me. However a lady staff during daytime was kind enough to give me some information. |

The location is perfect, very near to the Opera. All the front staff were smart and clever, that is the most advantageous point. More reasonable price setting required. |

The location is very good and there are a lot of infrastructure around, where one can eat, drink and shop. The noise from the bar next door didn't allow me and my mother to sleep two nights of the free, there was a consistent smoke smell even though smoking is not allowed in the hotel and the staff tried to accuse us for violationg the policy. Also, the safe has a very complex operating system which we found trouble learning about and had to repeatedly ask staff to unlock safe for us. |

We were delighted with this 'gem' of a hotel. It was close to all amenities; the Louvre, Seine, Opera House and all the designer shops. It was incredible value for money. As we spend most of our days out and about, we only needed somewhere to shower and sleep - and of course stay cool! This was perfect! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, with a wicked sense of humour. I would recommend this hotel - in fact we're hoping to return in the Autumn. The only aspect of the hotel that I found 'uncomfortable' was the size of the lift. It only carried 2 people and a suitcase - so a little claustrophobic. So if you don't like confined spaces or are generously overweight you could always use the stairs (I'm sure they'd accommodate you on the 1st floor rather than the 4th if you asked!) |

Location. The hotel is a 5 mnute walk from a Roissy BUS stop at Opera. 10 minute walk to Louvre and the adjoining gardens. 90% of staff was very friendly. My room was small and spartan. Larger room sizes are available. If the trip objective is to maximize your time visiting Paris and will only be in room to sleep and shower; this is a great bargain. If you want more comfort or romance in a room; try elsewhere. |
