a very good hotel and the location is perfect! right on the Rue de l'Opera street. supermarkets can be found near the hotel...two metro stations (Opera and Pyramides) and the staff is really nice and helpful...Musee du Louvre is just 15 minutes by foot!!!
the lift is really small...well too small! I could say it's the smallest narrowest lift I've ever seen in my entire life!
Location is great near Opera metro station.
Tiny Room, No coffee maker, noise from nearby bars, drunk fighting around 3 AM in street. Be carful about ur clothes, dirty sitting area in lobby cuz of the hotel Cat. Smallest elevator I ever seen in my life. They entered room although don't disturb sign was on door.
No bar and lift was the smallest I've ever experienced
The room was small but super comfortable as was the bathroom and shower. Great bed.
The staff was Cold and rude. The woman in the reception told me 'good idea' when I politely requested to pay in the morning. Noise during night from street , great location though
The location was perfect and room large by Paris standards.
There was a bar next door to the hotel as well as a disco (open only on weekends). As Paris never sleeps the revellers from these businesses could be heard well into the night and morning hours as they gathered on the sidewalk to smoke - talk - laugh and sing.
This small hotel couldn't be in a better location with easy acess to touring and high-end shopping. Maryse was so helpful and so very friendly. The room was very clean and freshly renovated and was perfect for my stay at a very good priice.... loved it!
-the lady at the front desk tried changing the price on us when we arrived. She became extremely argumentative and condescending when we explained we had booked a room for 2 and showed her the reservation. She insisted the booking was for 1 when it clearly showed a booking for 2. I still do not understand what the point of her argument was. - the room smelled of sewage. Front desk advised we open the window (December booking). Told us that the smell might be coming from another floor (how is that helpful?). And also acted as though we were probably exaggerating. - woken in the morning to a man doing construction work and hammering on the room wall right outside the door at 8am. the hotel had terrible service and the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend the hotel or stay there again. There are better hotels with similar locations and prices. Dont bother with this one.
A very nice small hotel with spacious rooms (compared to other hotels in Paris) for a very good price. The position is one of the best, close to the Metro.
For a paris hotel, well located, very close to opera, saint honore, louvre, vendome. rooms and bains are renovated. Breakfast limited but well enough and all delicious. Personnel is so kind. For this price it is perfect choice.
Small rooms (all paris hotels) Nothing else....
It is conveniently located, even among more expensive hotels. The hotel was being renovated but there were no problems. The room for 4 we had, had a good size for us and our children. Everybody was very friendly
Even though they have double windows, Saturday night we heard the noise of the bar in front of the hotel. All the othwr nighta were fine.
Counter staff's attitude is unfriendly
very small room (110)
Location Room size
Bedroom very nice clean and comfortable. Staff friendly
Every thing, really!
noise from the street
Nice room and great location. We feel that we got a great deal
Could use a lounge/sitting area on main floor
This was my second time staying in this hotel. The service is wonderful, the location is great and the room is comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
The lady at the reception, Maryse, was very lovely! She speaks so many languages and she is very helpful. The location of the hotel is good. Calm small hotel.
Elevator is very small.
Room clean, breakfast good. Location near Subway and in the heart of Paris.
Welcome staff a bit short in comunication skils. Room a bit small. Some ecquipment in the bathroom missing. ex: paper handkerchief. No paper and no pen available in the room to take notes...
Cleanliness Comfy bed Good bathroom Location All but one of the staff Good windows to keep noise out
One of the reception staff was a complete misery. Could have done with a kettle and an iron in the room and also flannels would have been nice but to be honest the pro's far outweigh the cons. Would definitly stay again.
Super nice location- near Opera
Small rooms and elevator, workings under progress
Air conditioner didn't work weel, therefore it was cold in the room at night.
everything, starting from the staff they were very friendly, kind and professionals, second the room was really comfortable and beautiful and without mentioning the perfect location of this amazing hotel. for sure this wonderful hotel will be my favorite in Paris.
