The location was perfect right in the city center walking distance to the underground, shops and restaurants. There is a wonderful little city park around the corner my kids played at a lot while we were there.The hotel is lovely, very small winding stairwell and elevator which we didn't mind at all. Our room was quite a bit larger then we were planning on due to the other reviews and we had a balcony looking out over the street. There was no noise at all, and we stayed on a Sat. night. Overall, it was a very nice hotel for the price and location and I would definitely stay there again. The Wifi worked great also, and there was a computer for guests in the lobby as well.

The front desk guy could have been a little nicer. I had to ask several questions regarding parking and where the Metro was, and he kind of acted annoyed with me. He speaks very good English however, and he could of been just having a bad day. But, he should have treated me with more understanding since this was our first trip to Paris. The parking was expensive, but we figured that it would be. The breakfast was pleasant in the morning.. we got juice, coffee, croissant and roll. The breakfast room is also very tiny and we had to wait about 10 min. for a table to open up.

Perfect location, we walked all over Paris. Wifi worked perfectly and staff was very polite, which is unusual in Paris. I read comments saying staff was rude, but not true... Just don't ask stupid questions :-)

located well by Bon Marche. Short walk to Montparnasse, St German de Pres and Saint Michel. This was definitely a major plus. Close to bistros/restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the metro. The staff too were lovely and accommodating. They agreed to change the room on the second night and acknowledged the fact that I was placed in the wrong room initially. There is also a computer in the reception area and a good selection of tv programmes on the flat screen TV in the bedroom. the mini bar was reasonable too.

The first night I was placed in a family room. the windows had been left open all day so it was extremely cold. the heating was not working either and the room had not been cleaned and there was a lot of dust. In fact the bin was still full.

Nice breakfast, small & quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of several tourist sites. Also within a 2 min. walk of 2 metro lines.

Small elevator, one hostess was rude to us.

The surrounding is quiet and easy access to metro station. Safe to walk at nite.

No obvious directional signage from main street.

Very nice small hotel. The breakfast was included in the price and it was very nice( fresh croissant and bread with coffee and milk). The hotel provides also free wi fi in the rooms. Perfect location in a very quiet area close to many shops and metro. The room was very small but no problem with that. They also cleaned the room and provided new towel everyday. The staff at the reception is very kind and always helpful. We would love to stay there again.

First i've enjoied the position of the hotel in Paris. Secondly, the quietness and intimacy therefore I recomend this hotel for couples. The kindness of the staff and services were also nice. I would surely book the same hotel next time.

Not very clean.

Very close to anywhere in the heart/center of Paris.Easy to be found and to be reached by foot.Close to metro station,just great.It is magic, how comfortably you sleep, in a warm, simple but nice room.Very helpful concierge at the reception.

The kitchen stuff wasn't enough trained for the elementary quiet movements and behave in front of the clients,but this isn't that important.

Convenient for my meeting - would stay again on own. Beds and pillows need to be brought up to a better standard, but room was clean and a good size, heating/cooling worked, tv worked and decent internet so all round not a bad place for the price.

"Superior" was only a definition for a larger than usual room - not sure I would describe as "superior" in any other way - but not having seen the other rooms - perhaps this was better than those!

Very kind staff in a hotel with a good money-value ratio! We had a great time in Paris

The staff was very helpful and the location was excellent.

Cleanliness of the room was not that good. And room was small, athough I stayed in another hotel in Paris and the room was small too. Elevator was small, but the elevator in the other hotel I satyed in, in Paris was small too.
