The staff was really really great: very helpful and nice, and they make you fell really at ease. The breakfast is good also, and I liked the free wi-fi on the Hotel. The location was not as central as I thought, but the Hotel is located in a great area, quiet but with lots of useful stores. The bus and the metro are really really close. The bathroom is also good and so is the air conditioning and the tv. The room was not really "Deluxe", as I though, and the elevator is really small. The worst part was the breakfast lady - really rude and not nice at all. Seemed very impatient and is not a good person to be dealing with clients.

The best part of Chomel was location. It is close to many attractions like Louvre, Muse'd Orsay, Opera and Eiffel tower (3km). Special mention to one of the hotel receptionists Mr. Marc, who is very warm and welcoming and speaks good English. Wifi connectivity is good and no password is needed to get connected. :) Reception hall looks good. Hotel staff cannot speak English properly. It was a very difficult to communicate and even understand their emails. They try to help, but language was a huge barrier. Breakfast is just for name sake, very ordinary and not a buffet. Rooms were very small. Lift is also small, just enough for two people. I heard that room in Paris are congested, but experienced it at Chomel.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Chomel. The hotel was in a little street and very welcoming. We had booked a triple room and were expecting a tiny room. This was not the case - the room was lovely. The location was great, a small walk and we were at the station. Breakfast was also provided which was a great start to our day. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Staff were in general friendly and helpful. Old but clean. Warm enough in winter time. Value for money. You have to use the key to lock from inside. The hallway was a bit dark.

The staff was very kind, they gave us a map of the city when we checked in and recommended a nice resturant when we asked. The room was small but cosy and the bathroom was large enough. We recommend this hotel if you're looking for a nice hotel close to all main interest points in paris (a few metro stations away, on main lines). The breakfast was also nice .

Very nice small hotel. The breakfast was included in the price and it was very nice( fresh croissant and bread with coffee and milk). The hotel provides also free wi fi in the rooms. Perfect location in a very quiet area close to many shops and metro. The room was very small but no problem with that. They also cleaned the room and provided new towel everyday. The staff at the reception is very kind and always helpful. We would love to stay there again.

The location of the hotel is very convenient - it is possible to reach the majority of sights on foot. It is small and nice, in a good district, the staff is really friendly. In addition they have free wi-fi even in rooms, for us this was very important. It turned out to be so small, that it was possible to switch on/off the light in a bathroom lying on a bed :) The light in the bathroom then was always winking and sometimes there was plugging in the sink. One more disadvantage - there weren't any shelfs in the wardrobe, so it was difficult to locate things.

First i've enjoied the position of the hotel in Paris. Secondly, the quietness and intimacy therefore I recomend this hotel for couples. The kindness of the staff and services were also nice. I would surely book the same hotel next time.

I liked the location and the very friendly staff and the cleaness of the room. The room was too small so was the bathroom and the shower. The elevator was too small, it just fits 2 people. The breakfast was below expectations

Hotel staff is nice Location is bit far from the major tourism sites, only closed to Museum d'osay. The hotel room is very small for tow persons, and not like what they said 15 square meters. The breakfast is so simple, and every morning is the same, bread cafe and juice which makes me sick...Overall evaluation, it's not a 3 star hotel, it's a 1 star hostel, even worse than the hostel I stayed in Paris before!

The hotel was very nice. English speaking receptionist. Free wi fi. Price included breakfast. Perfect location, which is very close to the metro station. The area was quiet near the shopping area too. The room was very small but no problem with that. They also cleaned the room and provided new towel everyday. We would love to stay there again. The elevator was just too small, only enough for 2 people without luggage. Too bad the double bed was two small single bed together. Other than that was perfect.

Very close to anywhere in the heart/center of Paris.Easy to be found and to be reached by foot.Close to metro station, just great. It is magic, how comfortably you sleep, in a warm, simple but nice room.Very helpful concierge at the reception. The kitchen stuff wasn't enough trained for the elementary quiet movements and behave in front of the clients, but this isn't that important.

I liked the people, the free internet and the fact that everything was on the right place. Nothing outstanding, just all I needed for a brief staying on a business trip. Only thing I would change is the breakfast. As a traveller and in Paris of all cities I would have liked more diversity rather than a croissant and a piece of bread. Know more options like scramble eggs, ham and cereals are not that french for breakfast, but not everyone visiting is french and breakfast is very important, whatever you plan to do during the day.

Convenient for my meeting - would stay again on own. Beds and pillows need to be brought up to a better standard, but room was clean and a good size, heating/cooling worked, tv worked and decent internet so all round not a bad place for the price. "Superior" was only a definition for a larger than usual room - not sure I would describe as "superior" in any other way - but not having seen the other rooms - perhaps this was better than those!

A small hotel with a central location in a quite street. Our room had a nice balcony og the size was ok - this is after all a hotel in the central part of Paris. Free WiFi in the room was working very good and the breakfast is typically french; coffee/hot chocolate, orange juice, crossaint and baguette. The furnitures are a bit old fashion, but in good condition, and the room is clean. There water flow in the shower was not very good due to low water pressure. The room was very hot, but this could easily be fixed by turning the radiator off and open the balcony door.
