Location walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants, Le Bon Marche, the metro, attractions. Stayed 3 times over a month period and loved all stays. As with all hotels in Paris, rooms small but bed comfortable and lets face it, why would you sit in your room? Front office staff went out of their way to help us. Lots of places nearby to eat breakfast
Small room (14 m2 )with unappropriate furniture ( armchair should not be there ). Frige inside the closet. Insufficient lights. Very expensive continental breakfast ( 14 euros !! ) ghts. Refrigerator inside the closet . Too expensive breakfast
Staff went out of their way to look after us. Great location
As with most hotels in Paris, small rooms.
Comfortable, well designed rooms in a hotel that, for us, was perfectly located in the 7th arrondissement.
Excellent staff, Good bedding, bathroom and furniture
Relatively high price for a small room.
Service consistently excellent from all the people on the reception desk. Needed an iron first day, second day a different receptionist asked me if I needed it again - smart. Room small but comfortable. On 5th floor with balcony which would be great if you were spending time in the room.
Not a loth good hotel. Maybe lacks a little wow factor. Room decoration and bathroom all ok but - there are maybe better in the neighbourhood at similar prices
Decor Bathroom Balcony Spiral staircase Cleanliness Feel of the hotel Location
Staff could have been a little more personable Tea & coffee making facilities in room would have been nice
Modern decor, good location, metro around the corner, nice bathroom
When we first arrived we were given only one option, to stay in a room literally five feet from the check in desk. Horribly lit, barred windows, depressing dark gray walls, no in room safe and the best part was walking out of the room the next morning and literally twenty people just outside the room's door having breakfast. Their looks were even more shocked than ours. To put a room on the ground floor where someone is eating breakfast two inches from your hotel room door is in very bad taste... And to put a couple who are on their HONEYMOON in that room is in even poorer taste. They switched us to a better room the next night which is why I didn't give the hotel zero stars.
We were there for 6 nights. I did not see any other rooms, but ours was large with a nice closet and dresser drawers. The shower was wonderful. The king size bed was very comfortable. Quiet street within walking distance of everything.
The gentleman that checked us in was extremely helpful & gave us the best advice! The room was small & I wished I would have bumped up. However, the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent.
The housekeeping was marginal. They left a dirty rag in our room. Two out of three Inn keepers were mediocre & not overly helpful. It seemed our questions bothered them more than anything. The room was very small & we could here the couple next door.
Nice friendly staff
We had arrived in Paris after touring Germany. All the German hotels supplied nice breakfasts and were considerably less expensive for similar standard.
Location, cleaness of the room.
Price a bit high.
Nice decor and perfect spacing even in tiny room Elevator (luxury for Paris) perfect postion good wifi
price too high for an hotel with total lack of services (also Breakfast is an optional for 14€) Kindness of the personnel can be improved
Cosy and elegant decore. Nice staffs. Good location.
Wifi sometimes quite slow.
room don't have a shower
Everything was great. A cozy and stylish place to stay. Plus the location was excellent.
Tiny spaces like elevator, corridors..., i liked it but some may find it inconvenient, specially people with big luggages.
Very charming and creative decor. Helpful staff and extended late check out for no extra cost accommodated. Well situated to walk to all the good tourist sites.
Expensive breakfast at 12 euros per person. No tea or coffee facilities in room.
The staff were fantastic, very friendly and and on hand at all times. The hotel had been newly - and tastefully - decorated and my room was spotless. The breakfast was nothing extraordinary but decent (good bread and croissants!) and although the eating area was tiny it was never crowded. Although not a budget option, it is reasonably priced for Paris, especially if you manage to get a special deal. I was here on business and it was perfect for that - good wifi etc.
Everything was good - helpful service, nice rooms, reliable wifi, great location from which to visit all the things Paris has to offer
Very good location, Close to bus and metro stop and shopping and very central location for visiting tourist attractions. Front desk staff (particularly Laurent) really tried to make our stay special and helped us with all their queries. We will be back! Will recommend to family and friends looking for similar.
Location is good!
Staff very helpful and friendly. Always happy to advise and give good direction.
No decaffeinated coffee or tea! Bought my own jar at a little shop up the street for a mere 9.5 Euros!
I liked that we had our own balcony and the staff were always very helpful and kind
Location, staff. Rooms clean and fresh.
