The staff is very nice. Free internet. Quite close to the main beach. Poor insulation of noise. I was awakened by the noise of door closing of the next room during the night. |

Oxo was a delightful hotel and run by an equaly delightul husband and wife team. It is undergoing refurfishment and is only completed in parts but will be further improved in the comming months. It was further out-of- town than we expected and it is at the top of an incline but none-the- less we will be using it again when we return to Biarritz next year. |

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was lovely and extremely clean, an absolute must for me. It's in a lovely quiet location. In an ideal world, I would have preferred air-conditioning in the hotel. Also If you are elderly or have difficulty with stairs there is no lift, however this would not put me off returning to this hotel. |

Convenient location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lack of public areas. The ground floor room was dark, because being on the ground floor we had to keep the shutters closed at all times for privacy. |

The decor of the room and central location Walls are very thin and could easily hear people coming and going from their rooms and talking in the corridor. Also whilst the rooms were very nice and fresh with new decor the carpet on the stairs and landing is very shabby and old. |

Near to centre of Biarritz, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and excellent shower. Good breakfast with excellent coffee. All recently refurbished so a fresh feel to everything. |

The staff were unusually friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the décor well thought out. We would have liked a bit more bread at breakfast. Although everything else was abundant enough, we had the impression the bread was really "rationed". |
