The staff were very friendly & the beds very comfy. I was in a corner room at the front of the hotel, lots of noise from traffic. Choose a back room if you wish a quiet nights sleep or a lie in.

All staff were very helpful, ceiling fan in room (a must we found) and helpful local info folder in several languages. Very contemporary, stylish interior. Small terrace available. Room and bathroom uncomfortably small with very limited storage facilities. No tea/coffee facilities or hairdryer (the latter could be requested if available). Breakfast not included (apparently it is in high season but we stayed at end of June which is not considered high season). Reception not manned in the evening so you need to remember the code to get back into the hotel.

Nicely decorated, staff accomodating and helpful with local info. OUr sheets and towels were dirty and we only had one towel. Room was very small. No lift. Breakfast not included and a it pricey but typcial for france. Reception closes at 8pm so if you need anything (like another towel) you have to wait until morning.

The hotel staff were at all times extremely helpful and courteous. This was also reflected in the standard of the rooms which were immaculately clean. The location is superb, being a pleasant 10min walk from the beach. There are also plenty of local shops near the hotel where some delicious local delicacies are available. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice place to relax in between sightseeing, surfing etc The rooms were a bit on the small side but I was aware of this before arriving thus it did not make any real difference.

Hotel très bien situé dans Biarritz (proche plage, proche centre). Très bon rapport qualité/prix : hotel et chambre au design moderne et sympa, pdj complet, ... Les prix négociés avec le centre de thalasso Talmar Juste pour le détail : un petit rafraichissement de peinture par endroit (peinture écaillée)

L'accueil y fut excellent, le confort parfait pour un deux-étoiles, sans oublier le rapport qualité-prix. Certains évoquent le manque de place, mais c'est faux, ou je leur recommande de viser un établissement plus étoilé. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de simplicité et de goût. On y sent enfin et surtout l'effort du personnel s'agissant de l'accueil, vrai et familial, ainsi que du confort.

Hotel pequeñito pero encantador y muy acogedor, muy moderno, muy confortable, comodisimo y en el centro de Biarritz. Nos resultó muy barato y por supuesto lo tenemos apuntado para nuestras futuras escapadas!!!

Bien centré à Biarritz. Locaux relativement neufs ou récemment rénovés. Mise à disposition d'un code en cas d'arrivée tardive. Au premier étage la chambre donne sur une petite terrasse équipée.Le prix de 42€ suite résa dernière minute au lieu de 76€. équipé télé, WIFI..Parking payant prés de la médiathèque à 100m C'était nuit de vendredi à samedi. Sorties de bistro bruyantes et répétitives. Matelas dur. Salle de bain étroite. Pas d'assenceur (3 étages).le bâtiment est bruyant autant intérieur par les occupants des étages voisins que de l'extérieur en raison de la circulation auto.Nous avons mal dormi. Petit déjeuner non pris à 8€ par personne.

Hotel à la déco trés moderne et trés désign. Bon emplacement au centre de Biarritz avec parking public à 100m. chambre trés cosy et silencieuse. Accueil chaleureux . Trés bon rapport qualité prix. Rien, c'etait parfait aucune fausse note .

La verdad es que el hotel no estaba nada mal para el precio de la habitación. Nosotros pillamos una oferta de 37.50 euros y la habitación, fenomenal. Tiene muy buen diseño y el baño está muy bien montado. Es muy limpio y silencioso. En cuanto al desayuno, no lo probé porque costaba 8 euros y me parecía un poco pobre; para éso te vas a unas cuantas panaderías que hay alrededor y te compras lo que quieras; además, tienes el mercado central a 10 minutos andando y hay bares por ahí cerca. Tiene muy buena comunicación con las carreteras que llegan de España y con la que va a Burdeos. En cuanto a parking, tienes calles sin parquímetros en los aledaños.

Bien el desayuno, la decoración y el personal. Deberían indicar en la página que si el primer día se llega mas tarde de las 8, no es que te quedes sin reserva, es que no hay nadie en recepción y la puerta está cerrada sin posibilidad de acceder al hotel.
