All staff were very helpful, ceiling fan in room (a must we found) and helpful local info folder in several languages. Very contemporary, stylish interior. Small terrace available. Room and bathroom uncomfortably small with very limited storage facilities. No tea/coffee facilities or hairdryer (the latter could be requested if available). Breakfast not included (apparently it is in high season but we stayed at end of June which is not considered high season). Reception not manned in the evening so you need to remember the code to get back into the hotel.

Nicely decorated, staff accomodating and helpful with local info. OUr sheets and towels were dirty and we only had one towel. Room was very small. No lift. Breakfast not included and a it pricey but typcial for france. Reception closes at 8pm so if you need anything (like another towel) you have to wait until morning.

The hotel staff were at all times extremely helpful and courteous. This was also reflected in the standard of the rooms which were immaculately clean. The location is superb, being a pleasant 10min walk from the beach. There are also plenty of local shops near the hotel where some delicious local delicacies are available. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice place to relax in between sightseeing, surfing etc The rooms were a bit on the small side but I was aware of this before arriving thus it did not make any real difference.

L'acceuil est dans cet hotel un reel plus !!! L'equipe est au petit soin pour vous meme apres les avoir "testé" avec quelques demandes un brin farfelu. Situation geographique impecable pour resté en ville avec parking ( payant ) juste a coté de l'hotel. Le restaurant le QG d'ANt'one, juste en face de l'hotel vaut aussi le detour et, est du coup , tres pratique et gastronomique . Le seul default de l'hotel seras la taille de la chambre qui nous as été reservé: pour 2 personne j'avou que l'on s'est marché dessus et idem pour la salle bain mais etant en court sejour et vu le rapport qualité prix , c'est un default vite oublié .......... Peut etre voir a proposé un peu plus de salé pour le PDJ deja bien fourni.

Excellent contact dès l'arrivée , facile à trouver , chambre sans surprise correspondant exactement à la description du site de l'hotel , propreté irréprochable , décor très agréable , design , petits déjeuners variés avec des produits très frais , de marque ,largement suffisants ; le personnel était présent , mais discret , souriant , prêt à renseigner si besoin , en plus possibilité de garer sa voiture tout près de l'hotel ! donc hotel parfait pour passer quelques jours à Biarritz excellent rapport qualité / prix nous y reviendrons !!!

Hotel muito prático e com decoração e conforto muito bom para um hotel 2 estrelas. Ideal para passar uns dias na praia e cidade Nada a assinalar. Não tem ar condicionado só uma ventoinha no tecto o que em alturas de muito calor não será suficiente
