The hotel was not too far from the Lourdes Catholic Sanctuary, I came to visit. The restaurant was excellent and the service friendly. The staff was very accommodating. A strike of the railway did not allow me to arrive on the day I had planned... The manager did not charge me that night.

The shower curtain was too long and stayed wet in the water of the shower tub, if the previous guests or the maid had not pulled it out from the tub.

Location to visit mountains, caves, and old sites.

Small room and food is not good.

Gave kettle to use. Reception staff were polite Bar was good. Their is a small lift in the porch for people with poor mobility

I have cerebral palsy so need help with some things. The room staff tidied my room but didnt wipe the table down every day. Because I think of my condition the reception were completely reluctant to allow me to have a sauna - first they said they would see if someone was available later, then they said the sauna was broken.

wij willen alvast het personeel van dit mooie hotel bedanken voor de goeie zorgen tijdens ons verblijf. Zij waren steeds zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam ondanks de drukte van de Militairen in het hotel. maar we denken alvast terug aan een mooie en goed verzorgt hotel...

we vonden het wel jammer dat wij in de bar alles direct moesten betalen ipv op onze kamer te laten boeken en nadien in het totaal de rekening te kunnen betalen...

C'est la troisième fois que nous y séjournons et toujours avec la même satisfaction.

Akustyczność hotelu nie do przyjęcia. Rano myślałem, że ktoś bierze kąpiel w mojej łazience-tak było głośno!!! Drzwi na korytarz nie tłumiły w ogóle dźwięku. Dotarłem o 2 w nocy I chciałem pospać po dwóch dniach jazdy z Warszawy ale się nie dało. Masakra! Nigdy więcej tam nie pojadę I nikomu nie polecę tego hotelu. Stołówka-bo raczej nie restauracja bardzo zniszczona I brudna.

Pour la première fois, c'est pour moi une grande déception que d'avoir fait confiance Booking.com pour séjourner dans cet hôtel. Un parking à 10e la nuit, internet payant...bref, un hôtel qui a le potentiel mais qui ne se donne pas les moyens! Des exemples? Je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre deux lits alors ce n'était pas ce que j'avais réservé.Le ménage est très insiffisant (vitre sale de l'intérieur comme de l'expérieur), lavabo ébrèché, petit déjeuner au plus tard à 9h00 (sans possibilité d'avoir un yahourt!), télé désuet, jardin de rocaille inaccessible, femme de ménage qui rentre à 9h30 sans demander....en résumé, je connais plus professionnel dans des hôtels low cost

Ne correspond pas à un hôtel 3 étoiles, au plus 2 étoiles.

Está bien, en general. Por lo visto la almohada en cama individual es super cómoda!!

La ubicación

El desayuno: pobrísimo, ya no pobre. Parece para presos. El parking, que "engañosamente" uno cree que es el que está formando parte del hotel y resulta que hay que desplazarse unos 100m. Eso no sería nada, salvo que muchas veces la tarjeta para entrar se estropea y hay que ir y volver andando hasta el hotel a cambiarla. Llueva, truene o como sea. No hay una persona que haga ese trabajo y cobra por ello, 12 €. Para eso, se deja en la calle, ya que enfrente mismo del hotel, suele haber sitio. Y por último, hay dos empleadas de Recepción, que, lamentablemente, no hemos tomado su nombre, pero que son unas verdaderas maleducadas por la forma en que contestan a los clientes.
