Hotel Staff bilingual and very friendly. Gift shop at hotel gives %10 off if you are a hotel guest. Nice breakfast. Our group arrived later than advertized check-in (after midnight) and receptionist at desk was most helpful and accomodating shower head to low and short. shower curtain not long enough to go around tub causing water to get all over BR floor. |

goede ontvangst en vriendelijkheid goede ligging de slaapkamer en de te kleine badkamer ,te kleine douche voor volwassen persoon enkel afgeschermd met douchegordijn waardoor badkamer onder water stond na douche,douchekop hing los en viel steeds naar beneden en was ook telaag geplaatst, geur van de keuken in kamer, kon de venster niet openzetten omdat geur naar binnen kwam maar hotel viel toch wel mee |

Gostei sobretudo da limpeza e higiene, do sossego e da localização privilegiada junto ao rio donde obtemos muito boas vistas s/ parte da cidade e pirinéus. O pequeno almoço é fraco! O bar deverá estar munido de equipamento e pessoal que permita disponibilizar um serviço que se ajuste ao preço (não havia gelo para bebidas, estas são caras face à quantidade servida, não são servidas em copos próprios, o pessoal não tem ideia do serviço de bar (à noite), ...) |

Je n'y ai séjourné qu'une nuit mais j'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des employés. C'est la disponibilité qui m'a fait choisir cet hôtel car il était très difficile ce week-end là de trouver des chambres à Lourdes. Je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix. |
