We were upgraded for free which was nice, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, facilities really good. Great room service, we had an evening meal sent up to our room and it was delicious. Staff really helpful and friendly. Great breakfast selection and good location for city centre. really pleasant stay. Would recommend. |

The staff is welcoming and courteous. The room was excellent, we were upgraded without charge to the luxury room. It was brand new with a silent a\c, a huge bathroom, very comfy beds and a window with a view on the back. The room was sound insulated, we didn't hear a noise. The breakfast was varied and yummy. There was a juice machine for fresh orange juice, it was wonderful. |

They didn't have the room booked but they upgrade without charge.The upgraded room was very confortable, just renovated. They also offered a welcome cocktail.Very close to downtown (10 minutes by foot) |
