Charming hotel Very comfortable bed Villeroy & Boch sink, toillette and bath tub: Classy Quiet room as ours was looking at the back of the building. Breakfast not tremendous but not bad either - Price a bit high for what is on offer - Closed parking area needs maintenance. You need drive through two gates, first of which is rather narrow. Second one is very quick to close and it is not very obvious to open it from inside. I had to use something to put in front of the sensors to stop the gate from closing. - Hallways and the elevator are tight in space. - The building shows its age - No fridge in the room

Receptionists are very helpful. Freshly squeezed juice for the breakfast. Small garage and few number of places in it for hotel visitors, however parking on the street is possible. Elevator is extremely small. One person with luggage can barely fit into it. Breakfast is nice , but not with big variety. 10 min walking from tram station.

Lovely room, free internet, big bathroom, quiet, private sauna, breakfast buffet Overpriced! Even though description mentions " you are invited for breakfast buffet" they want to charge you for breakfast, hotel difficult to reach by public transport (a bit far out).

We were greeted with a friendly approach, we were upgraded, We had a good selection for breakfast room the breakfast room had a lovely ambience coupled with very friendly staff. The location was good with just a short 15 minute stroll to the main attractions. We would be happy to recommend to others and would be happy to stay there again. N/A

It was a nice hotel but a little bit far from the centre.The cheapness makes the balance. The hotel doesn't have a parking place. You should park in the street so you have to pay for every 2 or 3 hours. That means you should come back to the parking place.

Excellent hotel to explore Strasbourg just 1km off the motorway but still in a quite location. About 15 min walk into town. Despite the hotel being fully booked we didn't hear any noise during the night. The breakfast was great with a good choice of fresh and healthy dishes. We had dinner at the nearby restaurant "Les Sales Gosses" (10 min. Walking distance and recommended by the hotel), which was excellent. Our room was clean and well decorated but quite small.(12m2). As we stayed only one night this was not problem. All in all, highly recommended.

Friendly staff. Free WiFi in the lobby. Hotel is 20 minute walk from the city centre, easy to navigate there. Easy access (2 minutes) to the motorways north and south. No space was available in hotel car park. Parking in the street is easy, but need to refill the parking meter every 3 hours......

Good design. Friendly help.Good price. There were parts of the rooms that were clearly not cleaned well (the "head" of the bed) and our front door for instance. Lots of noise outside our room with the "waterworks" and airpipes right outfront.

Very welcoming reception staff who spoke excellent english.The overall look of the hotel was first class and had obviously been recently decorated with considerable style. Our room was large by french hotel standards as was the bathroom.Excellent value. Easy access from the motorway and about 15 min walk to the centre of strasbourg.Carparking available although you could park on the street at a meter.Would certainly recommend. Breakfast was chaotic.Insufficient staff unable to cope with the numbers.Expensive for what was on offer.

The breakfast was excellent and the beds were the most comfortable of anywhere we stayed on our vacation. Your hotel advertised "air conditioning" which was one of the reasons we picked it, and it wasn't working properly, if at all. Thank goodness the weather wasn't too warm.

The location is so close to the motorways that we did not have to ride around the city. The room was so romantic and cosy that we did not want to leave it. And the location is close to all the sights of the city. We had a nice walk one day around the center and did not use any traffic except a tourist boat along the canals. And the state parking places were everywhere, so we did not have to use the hotel parking.
