Staff is very friendly, room was small but cute and very clean. Situated directly by a major street/crossroad with lots of traffic. Our room faced the street, so opening the window was out of question. Room nice but very small for the price.

Beautiful spacious room and bathroom, new and clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. I stayed on the top, 4th floor where the water pression decressed dramatically if someone else (or more than one person) below opened the shower at the same time as me. This is very annoying as in the morning obviously many people shower at the same time. I also didn't like the fact that I had to pay the whole sum of my stay already when booking the hotel 2 months ahead - even if cancellations are fully charged they could be billed at the time of potential no show-up, not already when booking.

Lovely room, free internet, big bathroom, quiet, private sauna, breakfast buffet Overpriced! Even though description mentions " you are invited for breakfast buffet" they want to charge you for breakfast, hotel difficult to reach by public transport (a bit far out).

Great style, fitness and sauna always available. Noisy works of refurbishment during the day, no possibility to have a rest from 8.00 am on. And it was not communicated at the time of booking

We were greeted with a friendly approach, we were upgraded, We had a good selection for breakfast room the breakfast room had a lovely ambience coupled with very friendly staff. The location was good with just a short 15 minute stroll to the main attractions. We would be happy to recommend to others and would be happy to stay there again. N/A

Excellent room and very good value for money especially in a large popular city. The hotel appeared to have been refurbished. Rooms were large and quiet with all the extras. The hotel had free wi-fi which was useful. Underground car parking at euro 13 per night was about 300 yards away. Like all french hotels they don't do plumbing especially showers. No shower curtain, no place to locate the nice new shower head subsequently the floor is flooded. How do they think 'we' shower?? It would appear that throughout France nobody showers - hence the high usage of eau de cologne!!

It was a nice hotel but a little bit far from the centre.The cheapness makes the balance. The hotel doesn't have a parking place. You should park in the street so you have to pay for every 2 or 3 hours. That means you should come back to the parking place.

Excellent hotel to explore Strasbourg just 1km off the motorway but still in a quite location. About 15 min walk into town. Despite the hotel being fully booked we didn't hear any noise during the night. The breakfast was great with a good choice of fresh and healthy dishes. We had dinner at the nearby restaurant "Les Sales Gosses" (10 min. Walking distance and recommended by the hotel), which was excellent. Our room was clean and well decorated but quite small.(12m2). As we stayed only one night this was not problem. All in all, highly recommended.

Very friendly staff. Hotel well located (close to motorway & only some 15 minutes from the centre-place Broglie). Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Very charming hotel. No negative remards what so ever. We'll be back for sure.

Friendly staff. Free WiFi in the lobby. Hotel is 20 minute walk from the city centre, easy to navigate there. Easy access (2 minutes) to the motorways north and south. No space was available in hotel car park. Parking in the street is easy, but need to refill the parking meter every 3 hours......

Good design. Friendly help.Good price. There were parts of the rooms that were clearly not cleaned well (the "head" of the bed) and our front door for instance. Lots of noise outside our room with the "waterworks" and airpipes right outfront.

Very welcoming reception staff who spoke excellent english.The overall look of the hotel was first class and had obviously been recently decorated with considerable style. Our room was large by french hotel standards as was the bathroom.Excellent value. Easy access from the motorway and about 15 min walk to the centre of strasbourg.Carparking available although you could park on the street at a meter.Would certainly recommend. Breakfast was chaotic.Insufficient staff unable to cope with the numbers.Expensive for what was on offer.
