-Parking problems (max. 3 hours). Parking hotel: € 13; tooooo expensive ! -Internet problems.

We did not have a spot to mark that we had a 3 year old child with us.

The hotel room was very beautiful, very bright and very clean. The furniture is antique style which adds charm to it. We had the privilege room which is larger than an ordinary hotel room and faces the courtyard. The hotel, although not so central situated, is very close to all the main attractions (15-20 minutes walk). Also, the tram line is close. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location far from both the city center and conference area. Public transportation scarce, needs walking or a taxi. Might be nice during summer.

The hotel is very nice, we felt very comfortable. It's furnished very tastefully; a nice and very clean room. Really friendly staff, good english. Really good and rich breakfast, satisfied all wishes. In the near of the city center, which can be found very easily. Freundliches Personal, dass toll Englisch spricht. Tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstück, bei dem kein Wunsch offen blieb. :-) Nah zum Zentrum, auch leicht zu finden... Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt...

It is a very nice hotel, quite lux. We managed to have a very good price for the very good conditions.

Good hotel, 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

Our room had a bathroom sink which was awkward to wash in as it had no plug to hold the water.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of our room - very well decorated and with quality in materials (linens, towels). It was nice to have the loveseat and to have a complimentary bottle of water. It was a comfortable room to relaxing in after a long day of touring the city sites. It was close to the downtown core, close enough to walk and in a very pleasant part of the city. It was quiet in the evenings for sleeping. The bathroom was very clean, spacious and with up to date fixtures. The staff were very friendly and co operative and held our luggage on our leaving date, until we needed it. That was greatly appreciated!

The only small thing we would have preferred is having a full shower instead of the tub with handheld shower but the handheld shower worked fine.

I could sleep like a baby, it is very quiet and I really appreciate that.

Price-Value excellent as well as cleanliness of the room/bath. Location also great as only 15 minutes walk to the cathedral. Friendly and helpful receptionists. All in all: this was our second stay at the hotel and we will certainly chose it again during our next stay in Strasbourg.

The staff were freindly, you can find parking aroud easily.

Very poor breakfast. the bar price is exensive no facility around the hotel, not a good value for money. Anyhow, one day is more than enough to visit Strasbourg.

Staff friendly and helpful. All staff that we approached spoke english well. Thought breakfast a little expensive.

While we knew we were not near the town centre, it is a good walk to get back to Hotel. Ok when weather ok, not so when raining. Not the Hotels fault though.

This was our second visit to this hotel. Arriving by motor bike after a long journey we were faced with a awkward situation regarding parking from a male receptionist. Our stay was marred a little from this situation but the hotel itself reminds as lovely as it was the first time we stayed. We had to change rooms as the air conditioning was not working and the breakfast was a little disappointing. Our room was small but beautifully decorated and clean. The bathroom was very modern but needed a shower screen as you tend to flood the floor. In the morning we addressed the parking situation with another receptionist who couldn't apologise enough, the rest of the staff were extremely happy to help you. Very nice stay.

The hotel is clean, modern and bright with the most friendly of staff. We had a great stay and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Great sauna and fintnes centre which you can book privately, but the ceiling is too low to exercise properly.

The staff was excellent and the basic requirements of any traveller for a Hotel was lived up to. Their reputation speaks for it self the room was very well designed and maintained and the price for such standards just Is the icing on the cake.

First time I went there I had a minor issue with my card and Wasn't allowed to go outside or do anything I felt treated like a thief due to my ethnic background and didn't appreciate it at all by one of the staff apart from that everything else really was flowers and candy sweet.

Charming hotel Very comfortable bed Villeroy & Boch sink, toillette and bath tub: Classy Quiet room as ours was looking at the back of the building. Breakfast not tremendous but not bad either

- Price a bit high for what is on offer - Closed parking area needs maintenance. You need drive through two gates, first of which is rather narrow. Second one is very quick to close and it is not very obvious to open it from inside. I had to use something to put in front of the sensors to stop the gate from closing. - Hallways and the elevator are tight in space. - The building shows its age - No fridge in the room

Receptionists are very helpful. Freshly squeezed juice for the breakfast.

Small garage and few number of places in it for hotel visitors, however parking on the street is possible. Elevator is extremely small. One person with luggage can barely fit into it. Breakfast is nice , but not with big variety. 10 min walking from tram station.

Nice cosy hotel, free Wifi, everything is accessible by walking 10-15 min., Friendly stuff.

Breakfast offer/price ratio is not the best.

The staff were excellent, friendly and professional.
