Great food Very friendly and helpful staff
very cheap, clean and safe.Good location, short walk to town.Parking in the locality, residential. For the price, can't be beaten, just don't expect too much.I would stay there again.
Breakfast was a bit of a scramble...but then it was free, so can't complain. Early checkout.

Location and excellent breakfast selection.
The bathroom was a bit small for the type of room.
Very basic, but good for a one night stop over on our way home. Liked that the room had 5 beds so family could stay together. Convenient location for walking into Reims centre.
Very affordable and comfortable with breakfast
Our sat nav had trouble finding the place
Location so close to centre attractions, bars etc
Access by car confused my sat nav and isn't at all obvious to visitors. Better signage and advice regarding parking is required. I understand many backpackers use this hotel but car users not catered for as they arrive; although adequate parking is available.
It's a bit basic and doesn't have parking.
- Good price - French breakfast - helpful staff - kitchen with facilities available
- The family room for 5 person was quite small, a 2-level bunk bed and 3-level bunk bed, little table witch chair
Location, breakfast and price.
The receptionists were very helpful. The room we got was clean and quiet with good WiFi reception. Breakfast was good and varied.
friendly, clean and good location. great for kids
reminds you of your student days
Huge building but with a small hostel-style attitude. Excellent value for money. Nice breakfast options. Basic accommodation but clean and tidy. Reception staff spoke good English.
that there was a self catering kitchen
there was practically no crockery or cutlery in the self catering kitchen. we had to use our own plates and cutlery that we were carrying for camping. there was only 1 oven with 4 hob plates and a queue to use them.
nice staff, good location
breakfast was very dissapointing, old baguette, butter and jam....no cheeses, meats etc. cheap joghurt, bad tasting coffee and not much room to sit.
Breakfast - a big tragedy. Rooms - require a deep clean. Toilet + shower total amateur made.
The shower inside the room is really comfortable. The room was clean and so also the rest of the building
location, good for familly of four for the price,
no tv in room, no extractor in bathroom,
Location was good for the centre of town about 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was OK, simple and overall the building inside was clean, Staff friendly and helpful, the facilities were as advertised but it meant sharing with everyone else and they were tired. Arguably OK for a budget overnight stay but there are much better available for similar money
Location by the football ground, there was lots of graffiti on outside walls and was dirty at the back of the building which was off putting. Neither of our rooms were like the pictures, ours had no duvets, the curtains had holes and had a primitive old thin fibreglass shower room and not a tiled one as advertised. Definitely not a hotel, reminded us of the old Butlin's rooms in the 1970's or a glorified hostel. Staff confirmed that the roots of the 'hotel' were from hosteling. The lads with us joked about preferring to camp outside on the grass verges or returning to the car for overnight. Don't be swayed by the pictures.
Great vibe and great facilities, mostly great staff.
Was kept awake my last night with noisy people next to me. One staff member was not helpful.
staff were not kind they can not speak good English, they prefer to speak French even you ask in English
As a hostel it's clean and in a very convenient location but it lacks all the comforts of a hotel. It should be advertised as a hostel. Staff is indeed very kind and helpful.
Clean but run down room, spartan, no toiletries, just one towel per person, very small shower room, broken light. The room was described as a comfort double but it was not comfortable.
The room was spacious and the proximity to the town was very good. The hotel staff were really lovely and spoke excellent English. When I emailed them to ask abt parking, they responded immediately.
I felt the breakfast was very basic and could have included some cold meats, cheese and boiled eggs. My children are coeliac and there was very little that they could eat. The noise of the doors banging all night was a little off putting.
simply horrible place with disquieting food. never visit such places anymore
