spacious and comfortable Check-in time should be revised on the booking site. When my family arrived the site late (8:20 pm) on our check-in date there's no one available at the reception so we couldn't enter the premise. We saw a notice that the reception is open up to 8:00 in the evening. So, we had to wait over 30 minutes outside until one of staff member showed up to handle this. |

It was very cold - we only had one blanket each. The electric heaters smelt of burning dust so we couldn't use them. |

The locaton was near to Aix and was set in its own grounds with a swimming pool. We had a lot of room with a kitchen and balcony. The room was clean and functional. There was no aircon and, with the windows open to cool the room, a lot of noise from a nearby motorway. Reception closed at 8pm and we could not get confirmation from them that they would stay open if we arrived late (luckily we arrived at 19:55!). We had to clean our own room on departure or pay a cleaner at 24Euros per hour. |

This is maybe 15th time we stayed at the same hotel and we love the facilities and the location. Mattrasses should really be changed in the majority of rooms/appartments |

Stayed only one night on way to airport. Good reasonable pricing for the amenities. Location was away from the city centre. Appeared to have no a/c and windows had no screens. |

Staff friendly and helpful when i arrived late at night. Room very clean, functional, comfortable. Would recommend. Room had a small kitchen so great for self-catering. i was only there a short time but would have been happy to stay longer. Had a little problem with the key in the door lock but was helped out quickly by house keeping. |

located in a quiet and peaceful setting within the city the pool was dangerous all my children cut themselves on faulty tiles on the bottom of the pool. The kitchen facilities in the room were not adequate to cater for the 4 people the room was booked for. |

Although this wasn't in the main city of Aix, it was easy to get to town by bus, or walk. The surrounding area was very pleasant, particularly the garden. The room was not cleaned once during our stay and whilst there were cleaners around, it appeared they were cleaning empty rooms. There was a certain amount of pressure to leave the room in a very clean state on departure or be charged 25 euros an hour for someone else to clean it. |

Not a bad location, in a peaceful district just few bus stops from the center. All the facilities you need. Swimming pool. Not having the elevator could be a problem if you are planning to stay for at least a week with lots of baggage. Or we didn't find one :) |

Really friendly and accommodating staff. We had to check in outside the check in hour and the staff did not show any annoyance and was totally understanding. The sofa bed was comfortable also. Really fast Internet. No air conditioning |

We liked the fact that the hotel had a pool and that it was good value for money It was quite difficult to find and further from the centre of Aix than we had anticipated. Although there is a bus service, it does not run late in the evening and taxis are hard to find. We would therefore prefer to stay within walking distance of the centre. |
